Entire space is for guest use. This suite is located on a property attached to a house. This suite is completely closed off as it is a guest suite.

The pool is seasonal and shared with the owners on the property.
The hot tub is used on occasion by the owner and family but is coordinated with guests.

Nearby Sherbrook has become the new hip strip and is within a five minute walk.
Groceries are available in two nearby and walkable FoodFare locations.
Shopping at Polo Park is two kilometers away

Central and with easy access to the University of Winnipeg, Health Science Centre, and all of down town.
