A charming 3+1-bedroom guest suite unit within the city’s peaceful neighbourhood central to City attractions. 10-15 mins to beaches, theme parks and major shopping malls & restaurants. Comfy beds, luxurious bed linens and towels, and modern furniture. Life is better by the pool.


Conifer is a guesthouse unit facing the pool, with total privacy with its own entry court and exclusive use of the pool. This is a lower-level unit of a 2-storey dwelling (we live on the upper floor and guarantee a quick response to guests’ needs, but we only present ourselves if you require it).

Please read the house manual and house rules before booking and ensure all members of family or group are informed. Owner lives upstairs- expect some movement but we are very considerate and always tried our best to minimise the noise that will affect your stay.
