Great Location - Everything You Need

The location of the property is by far the best part. It’s located in Oceanside Village, extremely close to the outdoor pool and still close to the indoor pool. Just a short drive gets you to the beach, Surfside pier or Garden City pier. For a small family, the house is ideal with bunk beds for the kids and two rooms with larger beds for adults. The house has everything you need for vacation. If there are any negatives, the house is a bit dated but that’s somewhat expected just Oceanside Village. There was an issue with the outdoor grill, but the owner was unaware and apologetic. Highly recommended!!!

Myrtle Beach

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here …5 minute walk to the beach and the boardwalk, lots of activities. The house is decorated really cute has Nice deck and backyard. The owners were fabulous. They checked with us made sure we had everything we needed. Was one of the best vacations my husband and I have had. We’d love Myrtle Beach. The whole area was fabulous. I cannot say enough about the property and the owners. Very hospitable.

Needs TLC

This property needs some TLC. There’s a hole in the bathroom wall and a hole in the porch due to rotted wood. The socket next to the fridge is hanging out if the wall. It just needs some upgrades. Oceanside Village has great amenities and owner is very responsive.

Horrible Experience

The property had not been recently cleaned. No linens or Toilet Paper provided. 45 minute wait just to enter the property because the owner forgot to inform the reality company of our arrival. And, to beat all, we had NO HOT WATER. Very sad vacation.

Pros and Cons- needs some work

Owner was very responsive and location is great. The community amenities are also great. At first, the nightly price was reasonable and we understood the house would be older. We don’t care because only booked two nights. Once you add the fees we spent $270 per night and a hotel would have been cheaper and more comfortable. The listing photos are quite deceiving. The house has potential but it needs some basic maintenance. Walls have holes, bathroom door opens and closes with force, generally clean until you really start looking. It’s old and not maintained. Would highly recommend a new couch as it was dusty. Lastly, we highly suspect there was a cat there ant one point and my husband is extremely allergic. Owner was responsive and said there are no cats but then we found a cat toy. We ended up leaving after one night as my husband could only sit at the dining table. Could be ok for a group looking for somewhere inexpensive.
