Nestled in a private street, The Ocean Central is an easy 2 minute walk to the ocean front beaches, skate & kids park, bike & walk trails and onto the iconic Kilcunda Trestle Bridge and the Powlett river estuary. From here there are numerous activities to enjoy including the 7 KMs long George Bass coast walk and the 21 KMs long Bass coast rail trail. Venture locally and you will also find the Gurdies winery for a picnic and Waterline riding academy for horse or pony rides too are worth a visit.
The house is newly furnished with comfortable new beds and 3 bedrooms have their own split systems heating/cooling. There are 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - all linen and towels are provided.
Downstairs consists of 2 bedrooms, family bathroom - shower over tub, laundry and second TV living area. The garden is fully enclosed for pets with a dog door to enclosed converted garage space (parking in the garage is not possible) there is a large driveway for multiple cars and/or boats (caravans or tents are not permitted at the property at any time)
Upstairs is the kitchen, dining, living area with a wood heater and the master bedroom, double bedroom and bathroom - shower. The upstairs is wrapped around by a generous deck for outdoor dining and watching the beautiful sunsets.

Please note this house is pet friendly, if you are bringing more than 1 dog you must inform us prior to arrival. Pets must are not permitted upstairs and must stay off furniture and bedding at all times and failure to pick up dog poop from the garden will result in charges. Please ask us for our pet policy.
Guest Access
The key is located at the property in a secure lock box, the code is sent to your email address at 2pm on your day of arrival. Australian photo ID or passport ID is required for the online checkin process to release the lock box code to you.

Full linen is provided as standard - Please bring your own beach/pool towels, pet bedding, bowls and pet towels. Please note this house is pet friendly, however pets must stay off furniture and bedding at all times and are not permitted upstairs. If you are bringing more than 1 dog please inform us prior to arrival. For a full pet policy please ask.
