Situated in Martinborough's esteemed Te Muna Valley, the name "Te Muna" translates to "special" or "secret place" in Maori, reflecting the area's unique charm. With a climate akin to Burgundy—warm days and cool nights—coupled with free-draining gravel soil, our vineyard yields unparalleled quality exceptional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay varietals.

Just a brief five-minute drive from downtown Martinborough, conveniently located an hour from Wellington and forty-five minutes from Masterton, Pond Paddock Vineyard offers a prime location to explore the region's delights.

Beautiful Vineyard

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The host was extremely accommodating as we had extra people. Would definitely stay here again.

We didn't stay here.

The pictures on the book-a-bach site did not match the property. The lawns and garden were all overgrown and untidy. The pool was not working, and we didn't get notified until after payment was taken. I want to thank the property manager for her amazing service, she explained what had happened to the pool and property, responded quickly and was very understanding - thank you Danielle.
