A tranquil place to have your getaway for the whole family including your furry friends.
Clifton Springs is in the heart of the Bellarine Peninsula with award winning wineries, seaside towns of Portarlington, Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads. Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale.

This amazing 4 bedroom family home is spacious and roomy.
You’ll have access to the entire house/property. The house has endless amounts of natural light with new kitchen and freshly painted with new flooring.
Decking at the back of the house for relaxing bbq’s with secure yard for the children to play in the most amazing 2 storey play house.
Your 4 legged friends have a great grassed area for their play too.
The main lounge room and master bedroom overlooks the front garden.
Featuring a walk in robe and ensuite.
There is a new kitchen well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. This is where the large dining table and second common room that has a desk, piano, toys and games for the children. The other 3 bedrooms at the towards the back of the house with separate toilet, bathroom and laundry.

There is 3 boat ramps and fish cleaning kitchen at Clifton Springs.

We welcome a maximum of 2 furry friends.
Please put down which number of pets when booking.

Please make sure all evidence of your pet being there has been picked up or vacuumed .

Has potential but let down by cleanliness

Stayed here with my family of 5 and our dog for 3 nights. Location, check in and facilities available are all satisfactory. There's a big back yard with a tree house for little ones which was a hit. The let down was the cleanliness; bed linen was putrid with stains and hair (of all types) visible, pillows labelled "replace by Nov 2017", cutlery and utensils were disgusting as if returned to drawers straight from use. The host did call soon after contact but responded with humour and disinterest. We were able to get hold of "cleaner" linen from the cleaners cupboard, but we could not unsee what had already been seen. Overall, a shaken experience due to this early encounter, but property has potential if cleaning is prioritised.

Beautiful house and stay

The house was so much more roomy then expected, had the most comfortable feel from the moment we walked in, we all felt like we could breath. The kitchen was the perfect space to cook up a storm and well equipped. Plenty of room for all the family to sit together on the lounge room couches. The house was well stocked with everything you would need to make your stay smooth and comfortable. We truly felt at home there would highly recommend for anyone wanting to explore the ballerine peninsula. It's in a great spot where with just a little bit of a short drive you can be anywhere in the peninsula, but its nice and quiet and tucked away from any hussle and bustle. The backyard was awesome with so many toys and fun things to keep the kids occupied, they absolutely loved it. Also not far from the house is another playground too. So a perfect house and location for a family. Was a great find and we couldn't of been happier with our stay. Heather has been a great host, so accommodating, very prompt with her messaging and polite. Thank you so much for a lovely stay

Travelling with kids and dogs

We had a lovely stay at Pet Friendly Coastal stays. We stayed a few nights with our two young children and two cavoodles. The property was very spacious including a large, secure yard for the kids and dogs to play and a lovely covered deck. Location was great! Close to walk to the playground and a short drive to Woolworths. We loved the kids toys, numerous balls and piano. It saved us from unpacking the toys we took for the kids. Having a fully functional laundry is always handy when travelling with young kids! If in the area we would definitely stay again.
