The Space:
This alluring new complex provides an ideal blend of nature and modern architecture surrounded by a lush tropical environment. You’ll enjoy a comfortable stay in a beautifully designed space on the third floor with an inviting atmosphere.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a soothing open living space, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The living room features a cozy sofa, a television for your entertainment, and large windows that fill the space with natural light.

Adjacent to the living room is the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with quality appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals at home and a nice dining table for 4 to enjoy them!

The bedroom is a true sanctuary, featuring a plush king-sized bed. The room is luminous and decorated in a natural and soothing way for a restful night’s sleep. Plus, there are blackout curtains for added privacy and for sleeping in!

You'll also have access to a private balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or simply soak in the jungle view.

The bathroom is sleek and modern, with a sink, toilet, and a stand-in shower with a rainfall shower head. We provide basic amenities, like towels, some toiletries, and a hairdryer for added convenience and comfort.

The Blue Luxury property also features a stunning pool, sun deck, loungers, and umbrellas – perfect for a refreshing dip on a hot day.

With its prime location in the La Veleta area of Tulum, you'll have easy access to all the attractions and amenities the area has to offer. Whether you're looking to explore the vibrant downtown area or relax on the world-renowned beaches, our condo is the perfect home base for your Tulum adventure.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo. Plus, shared access to the common grounds and complex amenities.

The Neighborhood:
You’ll be in the trendy La Veleta area about 1.6 km | 1 mile from the heart of downtown Tulum and 4.4 km | 2.7 miles to the start of the beach road at Ave Kulkukan. The beach road is filled with shops, boutiques, cafes, jungle eateries, world-famous dining, beach hotspots & beach clubs. You’re also not far from the best grocery store in town, Chedraui (2.8 km | 1.8 miles from the property)

Tulum Mayan Ruins is only 5.8 km | 3.6 miles from the property, or take a 45-minute drive to Cobá, another fabulous Mayan ruins site in the middle of the jungle. Enjoy a refreshing cenote freshwater sinkholes unique to this area. Cenote Escondido and Cenote Cristal are about 4 km 2.5 miles away. And when you’ve had enough beach, head to the Si’an Kaan Bio Reserve for a river float! There are also X-park|Eco-parks like Xel-ha or Xplor and golf at Dreams Tulum or Riviera Maya Golf Club.

Getting Around:
The condo is about 120 km|75 miles or about a 2-hour drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Always consult your mobile map app for an accurate driving time, as it will vary based on the time of day. It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!

It is necessary to climb stairs, as we don’t have an elevator and the unit is located on the 3rd floor.

We provide a few bath essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and body wash, but please note that these are not replenished during your stay.

There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance and by 5 pm the day before the service.

Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.

Electricity & Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If our guests experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.

Also note that Tulum is undergoing development, so you could hear construction noise during the day from surrounding developments.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo. Please go outside on the balcony, and please dispose of the butts properly, not on the floor or in plants. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pet-friendly. Medium-sized pets only and a maximum of 2. A pet fee of $15 USD per stay applies.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using a digital door code for entry. The code will be sent before your arrival.
