Vårt hem är det högsta på San Pedro Terrace-kullen i Pacifica och har den mest spektakulära utsikten i området, det finns dock en hel del trappor att klättra för att nå utrymmet. Det finns en elektronisk spårvagn för att ta med bagage och matvaror uppför backen, samt bänkar inbyggda i trappan längs vägen, men de med rörelseproblem kanske inte tycker det är lämpligt.
Vi är nära Ocean Sports, restauranger, nattliv pubar, supermarknader, familj saker att göra, apotek, shopping, klädaffär, kaféer, gas, buss och BART, 15 minuter till både SFO flygplats och Downtown SF; 25 min Silicon V., 50 mil Vu från San Francisco & Coast & Golden Gate Bridge, helt nytt: king size-säng, möbler, sängkläder / badkar, köksutrustning, elektronisk post, WiFi, kabelTV; + stor siktdäck och GRATIS användning tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Amazing view!

The house was easy to find and how to use the little tram up to the apartment was all very straight forward due to Angel's instructions! Check-in was a slight issue as the door code didn't work but Angel soon sorted that for us and we were in the apartment. The view from the apartment down to the bay / beach was fabulous, you could sit and admire the views from inside and out for hours. The apartment is very dated and does need a little TLC and money spent on it unfortunately. The carpet is very stained and the kitchen needs an update. The rings on the hob of the cooker move and don't sit correctly, which is not good! The apartment was nice and spacious, the bed was soooo comfortable! The bathroom was a good size. The outside does need a lick of paint and tidying up. I wouldn't stay here again which is a shame as the views are amazing.

An Amazing Getaway

This property was perfect for what my partner and I were looking for - a beautiful and intimate getaway overlooking the most picturesque oceanscape. Angel was helpful and immediately available whenever we needed anything, and she bent over backwards for us. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked with all that we needed. Amazing View, Amazing Stay..

We had an amazing time At this cliff top masterpiece masterpiece with an amazing view. We finally saw the Golden Gate bridge as we were leaving, but the views are spectacular and you will not be disappointed. A listing said that there was a hot tub and a telescope, but neither of these things were available during our stay But those are minor quibbles for a stunning property. The host was very helpful and responsive. Even though we did not need to contact them at all during our stay. Tge funicular was fun to ride back-and-forth every day. And a real life saver for bringing your things and groceries back to the unit. Getting into san francisco and other parts of the bay area was very easy and and as long as you go to right time of day you won't have to deal with very much traffic we were able to get into downtown san francisco in fifteen minutes for a concert at around four p m If you drive a Tesla or other electric vehicle, there are plenty of charging options close by with a charge point. EV go and Tesla superchargers all within a 1/2, a mile of the unit. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. And we tried looking for a future concert again, but it was already booked out. Oh well, maybe another time in the future. Thank you again for an amazing property and an amazing host. You will have a great time. Don't hesitate to book this if you are looking.

BEAUTIFUL STAY & LOCATION

The photos do no justice to the beauty of this place! The space was much bigger than we anticipated. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The mountain side (entry way), we saw multiple beautiful deer during our stay, almost right at our door! The property was clean and had all of the amenities needed for our stay! Would 100% recommend if you’re staying in the Pacifica area!

Best view's ever, take the Tram to your Penthouse!

We cannot believe our luck finding this penthouse apartment above Pacifica! Highlights as follows: Perfect communication from the owners during all aspects of the arrival and through the stay > Most amazing views from inside and from the deck, windows every where > Tram, there is a freaking tram car that fits 4 adults (700lbs) and it saves you from hiking up the many levels of stairs > Kitchen, the kitchen has everything including extra oil, salt, pepper, spices, everything you need except the food to cook > Comfort, very comfortable bed, our kids slept on the fold out futon and couch, we all slept great We will be returing in 2025!

Ocean view get-away

We had a wonderful experience in the penthouse stay. It was very quiet, had everything we needed, even a fan for white noise (which I like)! We forgot our binoculars, and were regretting it many times, so don't forget yours!! A telescope woukd be fantastic as well for clear nights too. This location is a easy drive to SF, Half Moon Bay (fishing, kayaking, or buy fresh seafood), stores are a short distance away, lots of other places. Or just stay put in Pacifica! It is a wonderful place. Angel and Jay are very responsive when needed. The place is very clean. The view is unlike any other! The trolley makes your stay very easy. We had a friend come for dinner, and they were able to find a spot to park off the side of the road a little way down the street. We will be back! Thank you for sharing your treasured space! ❤️

Comfortable penthouse with spectacular views

Nice studio penthouse with amazing ocean views. The kitchen was very well equipped, and it was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. The tram didn't give us any trouble and made it very easy to get up the hill.

This place is all about the view and it does not disappoint. While we had our two sons along with us, the place is really best for a couple or a solo traveler, as it is a studio. We had a great time!

Needs some maintenance

We stayed in the penthouse in June of 2021. First, without a doubt, the view from the deck is spectacular. And even including all the fees, the price was reasonable for the area. The inside of the unit is pretty much just as it is pictured. It’s a little dated, but clean. The bed is comfortable. Plenty of linens, and the kitchen has a good supply of dishes and cooking items. The area shown above the staircase is use for storage for a bunch of odds and ends, which was a little weird. There is a tram that can bring you and/or your luggage up to the top, which works great. There were two big disappointments for us. First, there is a tremendous amount of old building material, outdoor furniture, ladders, buckets, and general trash everywhere you look. The entire tram ride is a survey of discarded lumber, hoses, wires, etc. And the entry to the penthouse is lined with more trash, tools, and materials. You also get a view into the laundry area, which is another disaster. The general condition of the outside of the property says ‘deferred maintenance’. The second was the condition of the deck. There is outdoor carpet on that deck that is loose and bunching up, the paint on the rail is peeling in a big way, and just shows a lack of attention. The nice picnic table in the photos is basically unusable as the top is now warped and broken. There is a gutter around the base of the deck to protect the unit below – it is basically completely rotted away. One small issue – we were not sent check in instructions. When we prompted them, we received them quickly. No further issues – easy after that. Also, an earlier message took days to get a response. Also not a big issue, but worth mentioning. I hope the property owners step in with some essential repairs soon, and also consider hauling away some of the garbage. We understand that upkeep on a house so near the ocean is a challenge, but you still have to do it. Still, we do recommend. Try to close your eyes on the journey up to the top. I would like to give it 3.5 stars, but could only pick 3 or 4.

Beautiful Views

We had a lovely stay at here at Pedro Point. The place had reliable fast internet and comfortable bed and pillows. The whole north side of the studio was open for a beautiful panorama view of the beach, and the deck gave great views of the northern skies. I was glad to have brought my telescope. It's a trek to the top of the stairs if you have a lot to bring in or are coming and going throughout your stay. The tram was very handy when we arrived but was not working when we left. If you would be dependent on the tram to get yourself or your belongings up to the studio, this might not be for you.

Tram ride for the kids, view for the parents

The space was perfect and open with amazing views of Pacifica! Fog was dense so we couldn’t see the bridge but so much more to enjoy. Well located along the hillside, access was very easy. The 120+ steps weren’t a big deal since there was a tram that would lift you to the space. We spent most of the time on the balcony looking out - if we weren’t on the beach!
