The Space:
Our apartment is bright and cheerful, with lots of natural sunlight and fun decor. The sitting area has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to a private balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view with your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. To accommodate 6 guests, there's a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a single sofa bed and two full bathrooms.

The kitchen is well-equipped to whip up any meal of the day, and at the dining table, you can enjoy a sit-down meal or work on your laptop comfortably if needed. With high speed WiFi, and Smart TVs, entertainment is always just a click away.

And for those who love a refreshing dip, the spacious pool within the complex awaits. Secure parking is also available for one car, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay. The property is located only a short 15-minute drive to downtown, so dive into the heart of Puerto Vallarta and make memories that will last a lifetime!

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the condo as well as the spacious communal pool within the condominium complex, as well as parking for 1 vehicle. We are not responsible for the protection/space of a second car or more.
* Trailers or any type of trailer are not allowed in the residence.

You will have access to all the common areas of the condominium wearing the bracelets provided inside the apartment. Each lost bracelet has a cost of $2000 MXN, upon check-out, they must be left in the same place where they were found.

The Neighborhood:
Nearby you can find great restaurants, pharmacies, taco joints, CrossFit, TRX, Yoga, the Local Market, and for those who like to walk in nature, the path of the Pitillal River, which reaches the beach.

Getting Around:
The property is located approximately 4.8 km | 3 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport.

Other Things to Note:
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Please, plan your arrival within this time frame, as entry to the community cannot be granted after this hour.

Please note there's ongoing construction happening nearby. You're likely to hear construction noise during working hours; Monday through Saturday, from 8am to 6pm.

All types of visitors are strictly prohibited. No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

Guests climb stairs. There is no elevator.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange cleaning during your stay, one can be arranged at an additional charge.

Please kindly note that our parking spaces are limited in size, and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate high-dimensional vehicles or those with trailers as much as we would love to.

A crib/Pack ´n Play and highchair are available for rent upon request and must be reserved before check-in.

A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.

There are surveillance devices on the exterior of the property.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $50 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The bracelets must be returned at your departure, losing or not returning the bracelets will have a penalty of $2000 MXN for each one.
