BSV5112: Hosted and managed by Blue Sky Villas Luxury Vacation Rentals, this beautifully furnished 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is in the gated Solterra Resort, just minutes from Disney, dining, and shopping. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests and features a private pool and spa, stylish dĂ©cor, a game room, and a 96” TV with 5 cinema seats in the loft.

One comment as we walked in was that the place smelled clean. House was a bit of a drive to things we were doing. The resort amenities didn’t thrill us. My young kids swam in the pool the entire time! The hot tub was a hit for the cooler weather! We loved this home. The customer service was exceptional. We have rented many homes and this was by far the best service we’ve had. Wonderful place!

Spring Break March 2024

House was very spacious and relaxing to come back to after our days were spent adventuring the greater Orlando area. The pool was great, the family really enjoyed our swim time along with playing air hockey in the garage. The theater room is a great addition, we watched Jurassic Park & Twister. I also really enjoyed being able to walk to the fitness center at the club house that had a decent setup. The only draw back is if going to Disney or Universal during spring break the highways back up and it takes about 1 to 1.5 hours to go 20-30 miles one way.

Great stay

Had a wonderful time. Resort amenities were just about across the street. Family enjoyed the pool and spa. Very clean. Lots of room. Only issue I had was the alarm. Couldn't really use the back door that lead to the master bath downstairs because the alarm kept going off every time you opened the door. Wished we could have used it so as to not trail in water into the living room when we needed to go inside from the pool. Not a show stopper though. Would book agian.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautifully kept and welcoming. The grandchildren were thrilled with the pool. As a frugal traveler we planned many meals at home. My tips for future renters of this property are less than minor. "Basic" kitchen supplies does NOT include any kind of food storage, wrap, containers etc. Cooking essentials, spices, spray oil, S & P, are also not available. At the end of your stay, you are only allowed one garbage bag, not enough to empty leftover groceries etc. This would not deter me in any way from renting again, I will just be better prepared for meal plans and end of stay clean up. Overall, it was a perfect space for a multi-generational family to make wonderful memories.
