Located in the heart of Southbank, stay in the centre of it all in this stylish stay with two queen bedrooms, two bathrooms and resort-style amenities. The apartment features full-length, curved glass windows that frame stunning, high-altitude views of the vibrant Southbank from every room. A ten-minute walk to the South Melbourne Market or to the CBD and surrounded by renowned restaurants, cafes and bars, you’ll be perfectly situated to soak up all Melbourne has to offer.
Enjoy stunning views of Melbourne’s city skyline from the stylish, light-filled two bedroom apartment. By day, you can make use of the building's resort-style amenities, or explore the graffiti laneways bursting with hidden cafes and restaurants, the Crown entertainment complex or the free-entry National Gallery of Victoria. In the evening, take in the view with a glass of wine from the enclosed alcove balcony or settle in for some entertainment on the cosy lounge.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs and essential appliances including a Smeg stainless steel oven and stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, making it ideal for short or long-term stays.
Both bedrooms feature queen beds with fresh, white linen and built-in robes. The master has an ensuite, while the main bathroom features modern fixtures and luxurious amenities. Take in the view by day or night from the enclosed alcove balcony or simply relax on the comfy lounge.
There is Wi-Fi available throughout in addition to central heating and cooling. An in-unit laundry with washer is also available for guest use.
Please note that the pool, gym, sauna, library, and lounge are all located on level 9. Guest key fobs grant access to these facilities during operating times. However, please be aware that recreational facilities may be subject to closure without notice by Building Management. Hosts will not be responsible, nor will any financial compensation be offered in the event that any or all facilities are closed or have limited access.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
