Beautiful Home

Great Location For Cyclists

We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The house is well supplied for a two week visit. The host is responsive. We could walk or bike to restaurants and beaches. We biked on St. Simon with friends and it was nowhere near as peaceful as Jeckyll Island where you can do 20 mile loops with very little traffic. This is our second time in the house!

So very clean

This was the cleanest rental I have ever been in. The house is nicely decorated and situated in a quiet neighborhood not too far from the beach.

Hayes Ave house

We enjoyed our stay at Decked Out! It was very spacious and open. There was plenty of space for our family of 4. The beds were very comfortable and the whole house was very clean. The only suggestion would be to provide a few extra bath towels.

Lovely home in a lovely neighborhood

We had a very relaxing time in this beautiful duplex. The neighborhood was amazing and the Christmas lights put us in a festive spirit. The local shops had a wide variety of goodies for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful home and was pleasantly pleased that me wheelchair bound father was able to maneuver around with easy.

Relaxing stay

Fully renovated home easy walk or bike ride to gorgeous beach. We had everything we needed for a very relaxing stay. Nicely situated as far as location in middle of island so it was easy to bike and walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Great Jekyll retreat

This newly renovated house is well appointed and in a great location. The decor is lovely, the furniture and beds are comfy and the kitchen is welll equipped for cooking. The back yard and deck are lovely and very private. This place is a gem.

Everything and more!

We were very pleased with our stay. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. Decked out had everything we needed and more to accommodate our stay. There was plenty of space for My wife, 8yo, 3yo and 1yo to be comfortable at all times. Will definitely be coming back.

Great!

Newly renovated, immaculate, very responsive host, huge and amazing TV screens, very quiet, minutes to everything, well stocked with basics (paper towels, etc.)...even friendly deer visit daily! Highly recommend.

Nice Location

The rental is conveniently located on the island. The interior was larger than I expected and was very clean when we arrived. We were disappointed in some of the supplies available. There were very limited coffee options and for 4 nights stay for 2 people we were left a total of 2 towels. We did find a spare in another bathroom. So we had to do laundry every night and use the 3 washer pods left for our use. We had no full rolls of paper products, they were all half used from previous people.

Work/Family Trip

I had a work trip scheduled in the area and had never been to Jekyll Island before. We looked around and found this place and were glad it had enough beds for everyone. We had 4 boys and everyone wants their own bed. The pictures looked great but you get there and it is even better. Very clean and has everything you need to get settled. The beaches are close by and the neighborhood is very quiet. Expect to see deer everywhere and they just hangout. I really loved that the renters stayed in contact with us throughout to make sure we were happy. Check-in and check-out were easy and WiFi was great. Will definitely stay again and really recommend it for a short trip or a long one. Enjoy it.

Wonderful!

Possibly the best VRBO stay we’ve ever had! Everything was wonderful, from the location in a quiet, convenient neighborhood, to the layout of the home and the exceptionally thoughtfully-appointed amenities. The house was clean and comfortable, and our host ensured that we had everything we might need. I appreciate her thoughtful communication—it was evident that this is a well-managed property. We loved it (and instantly fell in love with Jekyll!) and will absolutely return to this VRBO if we can. 100% recommend!

We found our treasure

We have been renting on Jekyll for years. This trip we booked Decked Out and couldn’t have been more impressed. We came down to look for Island Treasure. This rental was recently renovated and is gorgeous. It’s comfortable and is well stocked. The location, mid island, is perfect. It held our family- myself, four children, my mother and aunt, and two dogs very comfortably. Our trip was made even better by finding an Island Treasure during the hunt! We certainly found a treasure of a rental in Decked Out!

Awesome stay!

My friends and I booked this place while on the island for our first half marathon! The drive to the location was so quick and easy! Neighborhood was quiet & felt safe. We really enjoyed our stay in this relaxing and very roomy home, especially after being tired from the race. Had all the necessities from coffee to oven and huge fridge. The host is very attentive and quick to respond to messages. I feel as she is reliable. Also thank you for sending back what I left on accident! Will definitely be coming back :) thank you for everything!

Will book again!

This is a beautifully renovated home nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Pulling into the drive, you are greeted by the freshly painted front entrance with cozy outdoor furniture inviting you in. Walking thru the door, my first thought was clean, perfectly designed and how big it was! Tastefully decorated in a beach/ ocean theme. The kitchen was well equipped with new appliances and super clean! The sofa was really comfortable and loved the electric recliners on either end! Huge TV for rainy days to watch a game or two. The master king bed was very comfortable and the shower.. oh my it’s huge! and separate vanities… another complete bath and 1/2 bath as well.It has a large deck and grill out back.The best part is the deer grazing right in front of the glass doors. It was wonderful to watch these beautiful animals.The host was very kind and quick to respond to questions and provided lots of local information. We have stayed in hotels on the island 2x per year for 43 years. And will always try to rent this home for future visits. Having a full size fridge and full size oven is an awesome plus to staying on the island!Thank you Wendie for a lovely memorable vacation! ❤️
