The Gutierrez Getaway sits in the midst of pine and oak trees and allows you to surround yourself with the natural beauty of Big Bear. Conveniently located in the beautiful and desirable Upper Moonridge area of Big Bear, just a short drive to Bear Mountain Resort. Minutes to The Village, shops, restaurants, and lake.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1900+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, beautiful wood/gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Downstairs third bedroom has 3 twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, Insta-pot, air fryer, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Board games, card games, smart TV with streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi. NO ACCESS to fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Fully fenced yard with hot tub. Wrap around deck with patio furniture, gas firepit, and gas barbecue.
