Moon Bear Lodge sits in the midst of pine and oak trees and allows you to surround yourself with the natural beauty of Big Bear. Located in the beautiful and desirable Moonridge area of Big Bear, just a short drive to Bear Mountain Resort. Minutes to The Village, shops, restaurants, and lake.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1400+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Master bedroom has a king bed, a smart TV, and a private bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed and smart TV. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double-door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Foosball table and darts in living room. Board games and card games. Smart TVs with cable and streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi. Keep yourself warm by the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Back deck with hot tub and patio furniture, and a propane barbecue. Includes beautiful forest and ski slope views.

Excellent cabin

Clean and comfortable cabin with excellent views in a very nice area of Big Bear. This cabin has every comfort you would need while visiting the mountains. Our family enjoyed our stay here & created lasting memories.

Summer Fun

We had a great time exploring Holcomb Valley. It was great to return to a clean, comfortable, and air conditioned cabin after hiking in the heat. We appreciated making use of the well equipped kitchen and BBQ. The kids enjoyed all the games. It's a great spot to accommodate a couple of families.

Awesome Cabin - Responsive Staff

First and foremost, HIGH MARKS for Big Bear Cool Cabins. They assured that all needs were met which made for a nice stay. Moon Bear Lodge was awesome! A perfectly well-appointed cabin with great views of the mountains that is perfect for quick family get-togethers. Quick drive to town for re-supply if needed. I highly recommend BB Cool Cabins. We'll definitely book through them again!

Beautiful cabin!

This cabin is spacious, open floor, and beautiful. The only thing I would suggest is for the owner to get new pots and pans because the ones it has are bad. This is an easy fix. :-) Otherwise, we loved it!

Hard to find

I absolutely loved this cabin. Super cute and clean. Good neighborhood and close to snow summit. The kids enjoyed sledding on the side of the property and they loved exploring. The only problem was finding the property. Check in is at 4 and it got dark and it was snowing a lot which didn’t help. You enter the property from an alley on the street behind the property. Make sure you get proper directions when checking in. We called the manager and he helped us right away. I will defystay here again.

The cabin home it self is a beautiful cabin home that sits on top of a mountain with a great view. It was unfortunate that the cabin home was not clean as it should be. It was pickup to make it look as it has been cleaned, but not clean. We arrived and notice the dust on the couches, furniture/side tables, ceiling fans, and lighting, baseboard throughout and window blinds, and sliding door curtain, kitchen counter, kitchen sink and cabin door handles were not clean it seem to be wiped down but not clean to remove the dry food left behind from the previous guest, bathroom tubes were wiped down just as the sink, but not cleaned. Spider webs on the cabin edge wall logs, and windows. Again, we loved the cabin, but it was unfortunate housekeeping is not at its top priority. We had to wipe down the dust and clean a bit as it was that noticeable on the furniture. We hope that housekeeping is made top priority as that makes a guest weekend/vacation stay much comfortable, ensuring cleanness and health is importance.

Beautiful cabin

We loved it cabin! Enjoyed everything about it! Cabin is even more beautiful in person than in the picture! Decorations are very cute as well. View is amazing! Only negative things I can say is GPS is not taking you to the entrance of the property and also the had only one roll of kitchen towels, no tissue boxes and kitchen sponges. Will suggest to stock up a little more of those. We loved the cabin and definitely will love to stay there again!
