► Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
► We accept longer stays. From 21 days, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months plus. Enquire direct to www Furnished Properties com au for discounted and best rates. Or have a look at our other properties that also may interest you.
► We provide an initial supply of consumable household supplies and toiletries.
► We understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages in writing before checking out. In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or it exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests.
► Please respect our check-out policy. Departing after the designated check-out time of 10:00 AM incurs a $150 fee. This fee not only covers the additional resources required to accommodate late departures but also helps us maintain our commitment to punctuality and respect for all guests. You will be liable for any associated costs and additional fees incurred from damages, relating to our loss of a subsequent guest reservation or booking alternative accommodations for any part of the time you overstayed. Your cooperation ensures smooth operations and allows us to maintain our high standards of service. Thank you for understanding.
