Studio 44 B&B Balmain. En stuga i en trÀdgÄrd.

44 Campbell Street Àr ett underbart vÀderbordshus som byggdes 1881, köpt av de nuvarande Àgarna, Annie och John (Balmain bosatt i 45 Är), 1998 och renoverades dÀrefter.
Renoveringarna inkluderade uppgradering av en befintlig konstnÀrs trÀdgÄrdsstudio som Àr det boende som nu erbjuds.

Vi har drivit Studio 44 som ett B&B sedan jul 2015 och har mÄnga nöjda och stamgÀster.
Vi listade med HomeAway / StayZ 2017

Studion ligger pÄ baksidan av fastigheten och har en egen utomhus, solig sittgrupp och stor (enligt Balmain-standarder) delad trÀdgÄrd. Det har separat Ätkomst frÄn gatan och OFF STREET PARKING Àr tillgÀngligt efter överenskommelse.

Studion / stugan Àr utrustad med luftkonditionering i omvÀnd cykel, kolonnvÀrmare, internet (inkl. Wi-fi), smart-tv (fri för luft) och DVD-spelare (inkl. Ett urval av filmer)

Det finns en mikrovÄgsugn, brödrost, kylskÄp och andra apparater för att göra din vistelse bekvÀm.
Observera - vi tillhandahÄller ingredienser (kaffe, te, spannmÄl, mjölk, yoghurt, bröd, smör, smaktillsatser etc.) sÄ att du kan laga din egen frukost och ersÀtta dem pÄ begÀran. MÄnga gÀster gillar att Àta frukost pÄ en av de mÄnga nÀrliggande restaurangerna eller tillhandahÄlla sina egna för att passa speciella dietkrav.

TrÀdgÄrden Àr sÀker och lÀmplig för barn och husdjur.

FÀrjor som ansluter till staden och till Parramatta & Cockatoo Island ligger inom en kort promenad till Balmain (Thames Street) kajen och hjÀlper till att göra Studio 44 till en utmÀrkt bas för att utforska Sydney Harbour och staden.

Bussar till staden gÄr frÄn Gladstone Park pÄ toppen av vÄr gata.
Byn Balmain komplett med mÄnga restauranger, pubar, butiker och en Woolworths stormarknad Àr bara en lugn promenad bort.

MÄnga gÀster tar chansen att utforska historiska Balmain medan de bor hos oss och vi ger en detaljerad karta över lÀmpliga promenader.

VÄr föredragna lÀgsta vistelse Àr dock tvÄ nÀtter, men vi kanske kan rymma en enda natt vistelse under förhandling.

John and Annie are fantastic hosts, friendly and welcoming, and did everything they could to make our stay really great. The location couldn’t be better - a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood only a stone’s throw from the ferry into the city. This was the perfect place to start our trip to Australia, and we only wish we’d planned to stay longer!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Studio44. The loveliest hosts, a gorgeous cottage with everything we needed, along with a lovely welcoming fruit platter, and a fantastic location - Easy walking distance to the ferry terminal, local shops and eateries. We loved the view out to the garden and the peacefulness of it all. We would love to stay again.

Place to Call Home

This studio is great! It's quiet, well equipped with supplies, and has a very comfortable bed. The hosts responded quickly to questions or needs. The location is perfect. The neighborhood's main street and a park are a few blocks away Sydney is a ten minute ferry ride away. I loved hearing the birds chirp and seeing Sydney skyline from the garden.

Perfect for a dog friendly getaway.

Perfect accommodation, had everything we needed for our visit to Sydney. Beautiful garden to relax in and fresh breakfast ingredients provided. Lovely hosts who were very welcoming to both us and our dogs. The location was great, with access to dog friendly parks, cafes and the local hotel. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again .

The perfect spot in Sydney

Studio 44 is located perfectly, just a short walk from the Balmain Ferry and the Balmain strip. The Studio itself is clean, tidy and with all the amenities you could need. John and Annie were wonderful hosts and we look forward to staying with them next time we are in Sydney.

Great spot and hosts

John and Annie were great hosts and have a fantastic studio in their very beautiful and well maintained garden. I stayed with a dog and we enjoyed easy access to Darling St in Balmain, and with the microwave and fridge were able to be pretty self sufficient. They also generously provided breakfast items to enjoy. Great communications throughout thanks for a wonderful stay!

We've lived in Balmain since we were married 50+ years ago.
The the kids left home some time ago, freeing up rooms in our home including the Studio.
John wound up his architectural practice in 2015 and the studio, which was a guest room, became a B&B.
We enjoy meeting people from all over the Australia and the world.
