AmEx Golf Tournament Stay

We stayed at the property to attend the American Express golf tournament in La Quinta. We were very pleased with the home. It was roomy for 3 adults. Bedrooms are large with lots of storage space. Beds and pillows very comfortable. The host, Phoenicia, was lovely and easy to communicate with and even met us at the home. The patio space is very nice.

Perfect Location

This condo was centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment!! Especially enjoyed the patio and the pool and hot tub only a few steps from the back door!! Comfortable beds. I would only recommend better lighting in the master bedroom. Would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent location to pool and golf course and Clubhouse which closes at 6 pm.

House needs some TLC , need of maintenance in many areas. Should put in description that you do not get use of garage. Overall the place deserves a rating of 3.5 not 4.8. Could not imagine having 9 people staying there.

Lovely stay in palm desert

Very comfy house, nice patio, access to pool and hot tub is just out the back door. Really great place to spend a weekend. Owners were super responsive when we had an issue.

Excellent Vacation Rental

Our first time in Palm Springs and what a pleasure to stay at this beautiful property. The house is exactly as shown in the photographs. The location is excellent and the property owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. We really appreciated the prompt replies. I hope to one day return and stay here again.

We have stayed at Desert Falls many times over the past 20+ years and this is the best location. Easy walk to the Fitness center, golf, tennis, etc. and just steps to the pool. Having a one floor unit is desirable with no steps and no one above you.

Great weekend

This home was perfect for our Coachella weekend (but this is not a party house). The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The pool is very close to the house too. You just have to walk outside the back door and the pool is right there. Extra stars for having permium TV in every room. We got to watch the season primere of Game of Thrones after our long weekend of Coachella. 2 parking spots available. I would stay here again!

Super nice condo

Everything you need for a comfortable stay for five and the landscape spectacular. Amenities amazing and guards and staff awesome. Definitely worth every penny.

Perfect getaway

Quiet and cozy place. Beautiful view of lake and steps to the pool. People there are very friendly. The beds are very comfortable. Large Tv's in bedrooms too. Hope to return very soon. Owner was responsive to my questions very quick. Market and restaurants close by. You won't regret your visit here!

Condo was very nice and comfortable. Beautiful complex, and right by pool!

Phoencia was very helpful in getting us settled in. The condo complex was beautiful, peaceful--and right near the pool. We look forward to returning.

Lovely, quiet community.

The home was a good size and in a beautiful, gated community, well located. Improvements are suggested in the following areas: many of the dishes and cups are cracked and need to be replaced. The dishwasher needs to be replaced. We had to hand wash everything. There was no way to take out the trash. With these adjustments, I'd stay there again when we are next in the area.
