We love the property, and will defiantly stay there again.

Everything was as beautiful. The master bedroom could use some type of dresser. Also we could not control the speed of the fans. They were always on high. It was a bit much for in the evening and would have been nice to lower the speed.

Beautiful accommodations. Not the best if you are handicap.

Everything was excellent, only complaint was there wasn’t any handicap ramps or pathways to beach, only stairs.

We loved the condo it was perfect we had an amazing view of the ocean and it was very clean only complaint we have is the check out time is very early and definitely need more then 2 elevators we will stay here again

Spring break 2021

The property was as shown on the listing and we were very happy. The layout makes the second bedroom feel very private. Electric grill worked well. There were a few negatives for us, but not the responsibility of the condo owner. They raised the parking fee to 30$ during our stay and not 20. No golf cart parking nearby. The biggest issue was the pool/hot tub were closed 3 days for tile repairs... on spring break! No warning! Woke up Monday morning to everything roped off and no one really addressed the issue or tried to make accommodations. I understand it was a repair issue, but still. Fixed Wednesday night and good thereafter. Not sure how often this kind of issue happens or if they are just fixing things up.

Birthday Celebration

We wanted a family getaway on the beach with a pool for a special 40th birthday. All was great! We brought a lot of comforts from home in case we needed them, but all we needed was provided. It was great to have a place to wash/dry our towels when finished with the pool for the day. There was plenty of room for all to stretch out and enjoy during those afternoon showers periodically.

The unit was nice, other than no sharp knife and the dishwasher not being secured to itS spot, the place was nice. Southern vacation rentals were not. This reservation was made in Feb. so we could see our grandson play in a baseball tournament. The tournament was canceled, we were not allowed to cancel our reservation. Another tournament was scheduled for the week before our arrival, I tried to change our reservation and was totally ignored. I won’t ever do business with this group again. If a company won’t work with you during a pandemic, they aren’t worth my time or money. My daughters family had to leave our vacation 3 days early And drive the 6 hours to PCB twice because Southern vacation rentals Refused to work with us.

Fabulous Place

Our family of 8 stayed here in July 2019. The place is just as beautiful as it is advertised. Clean, nicely decorated, and the view is amazing. Beds are comfortable. If you have littles, the walk from the master to the kid’s bedroom is quite a distance (which may be great 😉). The condo is spacious and the kitchen is equipped with all the needs for cooking. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this place to anyone.

Huge condo

My family and I was very pleased with our stay. The condo had great upgrades in the kitchen and the bathrooms. It had a huge deck and an outdoor grill. Few bad things....upstairs family was very active at 630 a.m. every morning. There was brick cutting outside everyday including Sunday. Though the condo was clean with beds and floors, it needs a good deep cleaning. Outside of the walls, appliances and fans were greasy and dusty. Overall, it was a pretty nice place and we loved the location. This was our third year going to PCB and we stay at a different place each time. I barely drove because it's in a prime location to walk everywhere.

Beautiful condo! Perfect in the 9th floor! Furnishings outstanding!

Everything we needed for our family of 5! Everyone was happy! Pleased with the bar downstairs with drinks and snacks! Wish it would’ve been open past 4 some days tho. Our neighbors above us on the other hand possibly made our vacation annoying. We even had to call one day! Before sunrise and up til damn near midnight, someone literally RAN all lengths of the condo, stomped their feet, moved furniture and dribbled a basketball! It was insane! Other than the annoying people upstairs? Amazing vacation! 😬
