Bo med oss i denna fantastiska Gulf side-fastighet, villor vid viken # J5! Detta vackert dekorerade och orörda lägenhet med två sovrum / två badrum ligger bara några få steg från Mexikanska golfen och erbjuder en vacker vinklad utsikt över viken från en privat balkong.

Du kommer att njuta av speciella Florida-kustinredningar, från de nyinstallerade bambugolv till det strandsatta konstverket. I slutet av dagen kommer alla att ha ett underhållningsval i lägenheten, med platt-TV i alla rum! Drottning i befälhavaren, drottning i det andra sovrummet för att sova fyra. Det är på andra våningen i en tre våningar med täckt trapphus. Njut av en fullstor tvättmaskin / torktumlare i fronten!

Property was as described. Affordable for a 3 night stay. Easy check in, clean and inviting. Safe area and easy access to the beach. Quiet throughout the day and night. Loved having the washer & dryer! Outside balcony was lovely! Good communication with property manager. Would book again and highly recommend.

Pensacola vacation

The condo was lovely. Very clean, close to beach access, beautiful pool, well decorated. While the master bedroom had a very soft and comfortable bed (loved the pillows) the 2nd bedroom’s sheets didn’t fit well and had static electricity (odd in summer) and my adult son was uncomfortable. We were able to use the top sheet to keep it in place by tucking in the corners and that worked great after the first night. There was no hairdryer in the condo and we didn’t bring one. Also it would have been nice to have coffee filters already there instead of a trip to get some. Otherwise we loved it and are very happy with our stay.

Beach trip stay

Everything was great except for the AC was broken when we arrived and was not fixed for 48 hrs. We had to spend two days nights without AC.

great summer location

I highly recommend this property. It was a very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The location was excellent. We were close enough to walk to the beach within a couple of minutes and not crowded. We liked that the shopping and restaurants were just up the street just a few minutes away. The bed mattresses were very comfortable. I usually don't sleep this well away from home but I slept very good here. I would come back to stay here. Loved the location, beach and beds!

Pensacola Beach house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So close to the beautiful beach. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. The owner was also very responsive and answered my questions quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Close to the beach

We had a last minute trip planned. First time staying here. It was close to the beach. The only downside was the beds are queens, one shower is small, the couch is short and small. Was glad it had a good washer and dryer in the unit though. There was an upper unit that you could hear footsteps.

First Pensacola Visit

We were coming to Pensacola for a soccer tournament. The location of this property was great for the beach and close to restaurants. The unit was also very clean and well supplied. Pros: - Close to beach - Clean unit - Parking space available - Well stocked kitchen Cons: - Dogs on property that barked - Tight parking, so it was hard to get in and out of our spot - Info given in portal for WIFI didn't match what was in our portal, which was confusing - We paid for early check-in, and our door code wouldn't let us in until 30 minutes past the time it said we were allowed

Wonderful

The condo and the area were really nice. The inside was very clean and well decorated. The only problem we had was that we were given the wrong door code and had to call for another one. I would also recommend that building numbers be more prominent. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Felt like home

We had a wonderful time in our rental. Since the Covid outbreak we decided to bring all of our food. We cooked our meals and never went out except to the beach! The beds were outstanding! This was our second time staying with you guys! We've never been disappointed.

Great stay!

We stayed here for my daughter’s tech school graduation with the Air Force. The condo was spotless and so cute. The beds were comfy, and it had everything we may have needed. Location was perfect and it couldn’t be any closer to the beach. It is literally a 30 second walk! If we come back to Pensacola, we would definitely stay here, again!

This is a nice property

Pros: nice property; property appears as described; good location Cons: there was a strand of hair from the previous tenant in my tub; we were unable to access the villa without the help of customer service because the door is not aligned so it would not read the code without me holding the door while entering the code; the fan blades in the kitchen need to be cleaned (really bad for people with allergies); the last step leading to the car port is unstable.
