Njut av din tillflyktsort på Loring. Idealiskt beläget direkt mellan First and Second Beach (knappt 1 mil till var och fast mycket mindre än det för Second om du hittar den hemliga vägen). Bara en 5 minuters hytt eller uber åka till centrala Newport. Tyst, slutet av cul de sac plats gör att du känner dig avskild, trots att du är i närheten av allt du behöver. Lätt promenad till surfbutiker och restauranger i Middletown. Rymligt däck på två nivåer perfekt för grillning och underhållning. Stor, välskött bakgård, komplett med sittgrupp och vattenfunktion. Denna plats handlar om utomhusutrymmet, och du har svårt att hitta en bättre. Bilderna gör det inte rättvisa. Surfbrädor / cykel / stå upp paddelbrädor tillgängliga på begäran.

Sonos-utrustade ljudsystem (både inifrån och ut) säkerställer att din favoritlåt alltid är bara ett IPhone-klick bort, oavsett var du befinner dig på fastigheten. Två utomhus eldgropar gör det enkelt att hålla roligt när solen går ner (även under vintermånaderna!)

Den ljusa, rymliga interiören har nyligen renoverats och möblerats, med ytterligare foton tillgängliga på begäran. Massor av naturligt ljus hela dagen. Helt ny 60 "böjd HDTV-skärm och en stor sektionssoffa med gott om plats för alla att sträcka ut och koppla av.

We stayed here for a girls weekend and had an incredible time. The house was clean and perfectly located to everywhere we wanted to go in Newport. The 8 of us had more than enough space and the house checked all of the boxes for everything we needed. Matt was so helpful from the start of us booking, being very responsive and he provided a ton of great recommendations for us not being from the area. He went above and beyond to ensure it was a great stay for us, and we'd definitely stay here again.

Nice home

stayed here w friends for a long weekend for the folk festival, so didnt spend much time at the house. comfortable, nice neighborhood, big yard but not terribly private, easy access to beaches and Newport.

Great spot

We had a relaxing few days over the 4th- loads of backyard space to run around and the outdoor porch addition makes the house ideal for when the weather is conducive to outdoor activities. We look forward to coming back!

Summer Bach Trip

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home in a perfect location. It fit our family of 6 adults perfectly. It’s situated in a quiet neighborhood and has a nice spacious backyard deck. The location is a close drive to New Port, the mansions and the cliff walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible Stay

Matt’s property was perfect for our group of 8! We had a lowkey bachelorette weekend & thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house. Sonos was a highlight as was the deck and outside area. Very well kept and a perfect size for a large group. Matt was incredibly responsive & a great (and understanding) host, especially with dealing with our self inflicted mishaps. Would recommend to anyone & especially groups looking to easily get back and forth from downtown Newport! Staying outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown was peaceful yet the location was convenient enough that we did not feel we were too far away. 100% would stay again!

Great stay!

The owner Matt was super helpful and quick to respond with any questions before or after the stay! We stayed with a small bachelorette group and had a great time. Close to town but far enough to be a quiet spot to come back to. Plenty of room in the house and was very clean. Best part was speakers throughout the house and the big open deck in the backyard!

Great last minute available big house - perfect location

After another VRBO host cancelled a 6-bedroom house on me 3 weeks before my son's wedding (on Boat Show weekend!), I was bereft and panicked. Matt could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The Middletown location was perfect - plenty of parking, quiet neighborhood and minutes from the rehearsal dinner and church. It turned out to be very nice NOT to be in the chaos and traffic of downtown Newport. House is lovely and clean and the backyard goes forever. Thank you for all of your help, Matt.

Amazing Property, Location and Host Communication

I spent a long weekend at this property to celebrate my birthday with seven of my girlfriends. The exterior of the property is very beautiful, with nicely groomed grass, two beautiful patios, an outdoor shower, and a set of outdoor furniture and table for eight. The inside is very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The decor features earthy tones, making it feel clear and comfortable. The location was great – close to the cliff walk, the beach, and restaurants. The host, Matt, was very communicative, answered all of our questions, and gave us great recommendations. We are definitely coming back; we had a blast.

Awesome place close to downtown Newport

Perfect place to stay with a big group! I was here with a group of 9 for a wedding so we didn't get to spend too much time on the property which was a bummer since the backyard is fantastic! Matt was so great about communicating prior to our check in. Our group was in the wedding party and Matt was able to accomodate an early check-in so we could get ready at the house prior to the rehearsal dinner. The property itself is super close to the beaches and just a short ride into downtown Newport. I'll def keep this place in mind for any future Newport trips and would recommend to any families or groups looking for a nice getaway to Newport. Thanks for having us!!

PERFECT.

WHERE SHOULD I BEGIN? Myself along with 9 other ladies stayed at this property the weekend of July19-21, 2019! Let me tell you, planning a trip for this many is not the easiest thing to do! Luckily, I had Matt (the owner of the property) on my side! He was so beyond great and helpful! Every question I had, and believe me I had a ton, he answered so quickly and attentively! Also had great suggestions on where to go! The house was located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful deck and yard!! The inside of the house was decorated in modern beach/vacation themed. Everything was up to date and even had a speaker we could hook up music right from our phones! In addition to all of these great things, we were only about 5 minutes from the beach, and 10 minutes from the center of Newport and also the nearby vineyards! This home really has everything that we needed all wrapped up into one, and I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking to visit the Newport area. I would not hesitate to rent this home or from Matt in the future! Thank you so much again!

Great guy

We rented this place for my all of my groomsmen plus a few other for wedding weekend and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Matt had the place super clean, updated and even left out some drinks for my guys. We felt like we could relax and enjoy ourselves and matt did a great job of communicating his expectations so that we could be respectful of the home. Overall best experience.

Perfect weekend getaway!

What an amazing stay! Matt’s place comfortably slept myself and 6 girlfriends and was in excellent proximity to the beaches and lots of activities in downtown Newport! We really enjoyed having a nice big yard, great deck, and use of the fire pit. The house was clean and well stocked with the essentials. Matt was an excellent communicator and had so many great suggestions for dining and activities in the area. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, it was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with a group!

Good location, good for big groups, a little disappointed

I stayed here with a group of 10 girls for the weekend. The house had everything we needed and fit all of us. The backyard was huge. Matt was very accommodating and provided us with recommendations for activities and dining in Newport. The weekend we stayed was very hot and we were not aware there was only one window AC unit and two fans. Each of the bedrooms had a ceiling fan, but the temperature in the house was very uncomfortable. Especially with a house full of people making it warmer. It's fine that the house didn't have central air, but with a limited number of fans I just wish I had known to check into this before and would have brought some more. I was also disappointed with state of the house upon arrival. The condition of the house was not as we expected based on the pictures including the water feature was run down, outdoor cushions dirty, moldy coffee maker, wet carpet from carpets being shampooed shortly before we arrived. Overall we had a great weekend with the house being in a central location to downtown Newport. Thank you!
