Family Beach House med avgränsad gård & Easy Walk To The Beach, uppdaterad 2018!

Vårt familjshus är inrättat för att sova 8 i befintliga sängar, med plats i 3 av de fyra sovrummen för extra sovare med luftmadrasser (2 tillhandahållna) och spjälsängar (inget ingår). Det är ett 4 sovrum, 2 badrum hem med en utomhusdusch och utomhus däck. På övervåningen hittar du ett nyligen uppdaterat sovrum med en king size-säng och badrum med eget badrum, ett rum med en queen size-säng och ett med en tvilling / rulla. På övervåningen finns också ett vuxenrum / sittplatser / visningsområde för tystare filmvisning på en platt-TV. Nedervåningen har ytterligare ett sovrum med full / futon säng. I nedre våningen finns också ett badrum med badkar och dusch, kök och öppet / rymligt vardagsrum till matplats med en stor l-formad soffa och platt-TV. Utanför ytterdörren finns en gasgrill, och på bakdäcket finns ett picknickbord för 6-8, 2 adirondackstolar och NYTT 2018 en eldstad med sittplatser och första tillhandahållna stockar.

Ett strandhus skulle inte vara ett strandhus utan en utomhusdusch ~ precis vid ytterdörren.
Köksapparater inkluderar ny elektrisk spis / ugn, rostfritt kylskåp, diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn. Dessutom ingår en kaffebryggare, mixer, nutribullet och riskokare utöver alla dina vanliga förberedelser för matlagning / måltid. Sängkläder och handdukar tillhandahålls, tillsammans med några få solstolar och en strandkylare.

Great house

We had a great stay, house was walking distance to restaurants in Middletown and we biked along the beach into Newport. Comfortable stay and plenty of room for 7 adults!

Bachelorette Trip

8 of us stayed comfortably at this beautiful home! This was the perfect location; walking distance to a few restaurants, a quick drive into downtown Newport. It was so much fun! The house itself very clean! Would recommend.

Great location-

Had a great vacation at this rental. Owners very accommodating. Location close to beaches mansions, downtown Newport. Lots to do ! Was nice to relax on backyard deck after busy day. Highly recommend this rental .

Amazing Spot right outside Newport

My friends and I thought this house was perfect. You are close to all the best restaurants/bars in the area and not to far from the ferry to block island. There was more then enough linens, towels, supply for your stay. Overall a great experience. Would recommend this house to anyone.

Great property, very kind hosts!

What a great house! It was perfect for what we needed. We came for Newport Folk Festival and our hosts were kind enough to let us stay outside the standard Saturday-Saturday weeklong stay to accommodate that. We walked to the beach mostly everyday which was very convenient and they supplied lots of chairs, a cooler, and other beach necessities. House is well stocked with linens and and was very clean. The AC units made the house very cool and comfortable in July and it has great seating for big groups, both inside and out! We had one small issue and the hosts were very responsive and helpful - and when they needed to drop by to help us they were respectful of us - scheduled a time to come by and waited until we opened the door to enter which I very much appreciated. All around great stay and I will rebook if we are in Newport again!

Eight of us stayed at Jackie's to celebrate a 30th birthday. The house had everything in it for fun! Pelaton, ping pong table, piano, Guitar Hero, fire pit, good size private back yard, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds comfortable. It's a nine minute walk to First Beach, and less for coffee places, and restaurants. A one mile uber to downtown Newport. We would love to come again!

We had an amazing time! We are a bunch of 30-somethings that came for my sister's bachelorette party and had a great weekend. The house is a great chill-out place and is in close proximity to a bunch of stuff, including the town of Newport. We drove into town mostly, but also got an Uber a few times that got there in less than 10m. There was lots of room to hang out, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the house had everything we needed (except a toaster, which the awesome hosts insisted on buying and dropping off for us). Newport is beautiful and we hope to come back some day. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Wedding in Portsmouth, RI trip

We had a great time staying at the home with our dogs while participating in all the events for our son’s wedding in Newport & Portsmouth, RI. The house was very centrally located for us to walk to the beach and drive to the various attractions! Thanks Jacki!

Great home in a great location.

My husband and I along with our 3 adult children and significant others stayed in this home for an extended wedding weekend. The house was in a great location. The home was very comfortable, clean and spacious. I especially loved the master bedroom and bathroom. The backyard was beautiful and set up for enjoying the outdoor space. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. Jackie was very accommodating and answered questions almost immediately. We all said we would love to return!!

Perfect Family Vacation

House had everything we wanted for a relaxing fall break. Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms were comfortable, and plenty of space to hang out and relax. Everyone loved having a ping-pong table and firepit. Easy walk in to town for dinners and the beach. Quick trip over to Newport to see the sites. Great communication with the hosts. Gym passes were an added bonus. Can't wait to come back!!!

Convenient location and great back yard!

We enjoyed our stay at Jackie’s place. The house has a lovely back yard and ample sleeping space. It was a great spot for a group of family and friends to stay for a wedding.

CLEAN, COZY AND CONVENIENT

This home was perfect for our group which included several adults, our senior Lab and our son's two mini-doxies, with 4 queen bedrooms and 2 full baths. The location is convenient to everything and the neighborhood is quiet and very safe. The owners were great as was their response time to any question/request we had. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Ocean Dream

Great place to stay for walking to beaches, great restaurants, playgrounds and short drive to Newport! The house is well equipped for rainy days too with fun games, pool/ping pong table! Our whole family from ages 2 - 65 enjoyed all of the wonderful amenities that they provided!

Family summer Vacation

I want to say we had a wonderful time in this home and enjoyed Newport RI. I did contact the owner when we first got there due to a lot off laundry in both washer and dryer. It was stuff so full that the dryer twisted everything up. I would of like to of known that the only way to get to the upstairs bathroom is through the master bedroom. There are two other bedrooms and a game room / sleeping chairs. Everyone had to go through our room at night . With that said Jackie was very nice and offered to refund us if we wanted to leave. Her husband was also very nice and dropped off a oversized umbrella for the patio. We all had beautiful nights at the fire pit . The house had everything you would need in the kitchen to make a gourmet meal.

Great Stay in Newport, R.I Area

Owner was responsive, house was very attainable to all activities in area. House is VERY WELL stocked & comfortable. Plenty of supplies if anything was not brought that might be needed in a pinch. Games, kitchen supplies, extra bedding, BBQ, washer/dryer, kitchen supplies, great backyard space w/patio. Plenty of room.
