With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, there is plenty of space for 6, so this home is a perfect spot for your family to enjoy a Cape vacation! This comfortable home is just down the road from Beach Point. It's also centrally located to other area beaches, Race Point, Truro Vineyards, Highland Golf, and the Flex bus that can take you into Provincetown for shopping, sightseeing and whale watching boats.
There are ceiling fans in each of the 3 spacious bedrooms, to keep things fresh and airy. The large eat-in kitchen features a dishwasher, as well, so cleanup after a family meal will be a breeze. A comfortable family room and spacious deck offer plenty of room to relax, and the deck features both a gas and a charcoal grill. Two bathrooms offer convenient accommodation for a family group, and the washer/dryer will come in handy after days of enjoying the beautiful outdoor activities the Cape has to offer. • Parties + Gatherings: due to local community rules and guidelines set by the owner, parties and gatherings with guests in excess of the maximum guest count are prohibited at this property. We cannot accommodate weddings, or any events with outdoor music, catering, excessive alcohol, etc. Any party or gathering is grounds for immediate termination of your stay and removal from the property with no refund.
• Drones and fireworks are prohibited on property.
• Cleaning: the property is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. For longer stays, we require professional cleaning by our housekeepers every 2 weeks; guests can arrange and pay for this cleaning with the manager. Regardless of the length of stay, we reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.
• Rental Agreement: to ensure a safe and comfortable stay, the owners of this property require that all guests sign a Rental Agreement that clearly sets forth the terms and conditions of your stay. We send the Rental Agreement with your booking confirmation and we require your signature within 24 hours; we reserve the right to cancel your booking with a 15% cancellation fee if we do not receive a signed agreement.
• Guest Count: please reserve the property for the actual number of guests in your party; no additional guests are permitted without host approval. Guests may not sublet the property.
• No refunds: while we make every effort to ensure that the property and all amenities are available to guests during their stay, we make no guarantees and we do not refund guests for unavailable amenities; utility outages; weather, etc. We advise guests to exercise caution in inclement weather. Guests bear all responsibility for their safety and ability to access the property.
• Damage Waiver: to protect the property and its contents, we require guests to purchase an accidental damage waiver with $59 of coverage. Please report any damage immediately to us to avoid charges or responsibility for damage. Guests are responsible for any intentional damage, removal of items from the property, and any damage not covered by the Damage Waiver.
• Early Check-in / Late Check-out: during the busy summer season, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in or late check-out. We urge guests to pay close attention when enjoying nature, weather can change quickly and wild animals can be surprising. Because temperatures in the mountains can fluctuate widely, even in the height of summer, we recommend packing sweaters and light, cold-weather gear just in case. Depending on the activities you plan, we recommend packing hiking, running, swimming, horseback riding, and/or running gear. We also recommend that guests consider spraying clothes with Permethrin when walking outside, to help avoid ticks. In winter we recommend guests pack several layers of warm clothing and ensure that their vehicles are ready for potential snowfall. For other clothing, most all venues around are very casual.
