The home features a spacious 4-bedroom, 4 and 1/2-bath main house, perfect for larger groups or families, comfortably sleeping 10 guests. Additionally, there’s a cozy casita that can accommodate 2 more guests, complete with its own bathroom and kitchenette, bringing the total sleeping capacity to 12 people. From its vibrant decor to the thoughtfully designed architecture, every detail in this home reflects the essence of Mexican beauty, making it an ideal getaway destination!

Upon entering the main home, you will find two bedrooms on the hallway to your right. The first bedroom houses two queen beds that sit atop of a built-in mosaic bedframe. This room includes its own bathroom, a mini-split, fans, and plenty of dresser space. The second bedroom has a sun-theme, which makes sense considering the beautiful views you get from this bedroom! It has a queen bed, its own bathroom, and access to the large upstairs deck. Downstairs, you will find two more bedrooms, the kitchen, the living area, and the dining area. These two bedrooms are directly beneath the first two and also include their own bathrooms. The third bedroom is beautifully styled with an ocean theme and includes a queen bed. The fourth bedroom features an incredible view of the water and access to the expansive deck. There is a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The dining, living, and kitchen areas are all centrally located, facing large windows which show off the Sea of Cortez. The round dining table includes enough seating for 10 and is surrounded by rustic Mexican decor. The living area offers ample seating space as well as a desk area for any work from home that needs to be done. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans, plates, cups, and appliances such as a coffeemaker, toaster, and blender. There is also a powder room located in this part of the home.

To enjoy friends, family, and the view, this home offers plenty of deck space. In between the casita and the main house, there is an enclosed courtyard that is surrounded by colorful tiles. The beachfront decks are even more enjoyable as they offer a view of the ocean and plenty of outdoor furniture to lay back and relax.
