With a wall of windows with expansive views of Tampa Bay & the Sunshine Skyway Bridge, Manatee Bay brings Tampa Bay to your living room as you watch the ships sail by. Manatee Bay is a few blocks from the AMI City Pier and Pine Ave.

The main floor features the kitchen, living and dining rooms with patio doors which lead to your own private beach on the Bay. A second living area in the loft provides extra space and a pool table for your family to enjoy.

Guests have their choice of three bedrooms, one with a King bed, the other with a queen bed and the final room features two twin beds. Each bedroom includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

Relax in the Adirondack chairs on the back verandah and take in the views of the shimmering sea. You may be lucky enough to catch dolphins playing.

Manatee Bay is easy walking distance to AMI City Pier where you can catch the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

A Magical Stay

The perfect getaway that combines luxury, tranquility, and a touch of nature's magic! From the moment we pulled up, we were struck by the home's stunning location. The view from the walled windows is jaw dropping. This home is well appointed and sits in a prime location for a short stroll to outdoor dining, ice cream, and poking around charming shops. Next time, we’re renting a golf cart to explore even further because who doesn’t want to cruise around in style? Outside, true beachfront, endless views, two Adirondack chairs and tables, two beach chairs, an umbrella, a shower and sunrises that make getting up early seem like a treat! Gus, the local and friendly Giant Blue Heron, makes daily visits, as do the playful dolphins and abundant sea life, making each day feel like a new adventure with a front-row seat to a nature documentary! Truly priceless. The upper level with pool table and telescope were an added bonus. We took advantage of the suggested Loaded Kitchen service too. When we arrived, we were beach-ready with snacks and drinks at the ready, making us feel like VIPs. Highly, HIGHLY, recommended!

Wonderful Experience

The property is amazing, as is north AMI! Hard not to like waking up to beautiful sunrises on the bay, and then watching sunsets at a number of great oceanfront dinner spots. We got lucky with the weather and wind, which when calm makes for some very pretty clear blue waters. The beach feels private with very few people, feels like your own little slice of paradise. The water is perfect for small kids, but also great for exploring with a snorkel or kayak/sup. Found some giant Lightning Welk and plenty of fish. It’s also easy walling distance to all of the bars. Wish there was a LSV came with the rental like some properties offer, but we never felt like really needed one. A kayak or SUP with the rental would have also been nice, but you can easily rent them in town. We’ll be renting here again some day for sure!

Amazing house right on the beach!

This house was perfect for us. Out the back door was the beach and bay where you can swim, paddleboard, kayak and more. Easy access (walkable) to the pier, main strip of quaint stores and restaurants, and two beautiful bigger beaches. The house was clean and gorgeous and equipped with all necessities.

The house was immaculate. Technology was updated (good wifi, new TVs, Sonos) View is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Location is perfect.
