The location is perfect for walking around the city I left my rental car in the parking lot down the same street and I didn’t used until I left pay 25 dollars for 5 days Davy was excellent with the communication and the instructions what to do plenty hot water and the AC works quietly Thanks Davy

This place is exactly how it looks. I arrived way before check in and called to see if I could check in early and was able to. This is definitely where you want to stay it’s in the middle of San Juan, so many shops and food. Grocery store is around the corner.

Cozy and clean, amazing location walking distance to everything in Old San Juan. Absolutely perfect location for me as the best man in a wedding at El Convento, just a few blocks away. A quick walk or jog to the fort, we had a great time!

Great experience, cute location. Comfortable bed. Would def rent this property again. Only thing I would critique is the amount of toilet paper/soap/shampoo. Not enough for 2 ppl. Everything else was great.

Great location in the middle of old San Juan! But the shower was ice cold… asked the host and we were told to push in a certain drawer in the kitchen that sits in front of the water heater… ended up taking out the drawer to make sure the heater was on… and the water got to room temperature at best even with it on!

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you noting the cleanliness and central location. While the room does not have a traditional window, it does feature a door that opens to a small step-out balcony, allowing in natural light and fresh air.

Just perfect!

This was my first solo trip, but not my last! The room is exactly as pictured and just the perfect central location to enjoy all of Old San Juan! My contact person, Agatha was always ready to help with any questions I had. I hope I get to return, and when I do - I will book this room! Thank you, Agatha!

The location is great Walkable to restaurants and some very unusual shops The room and building were very clean. It was a bit too small for us though. We thought we would be able to sit on the balcony but it is very small and ONLY ONE CHAIR in the room. We opened the doors to balcony but one of us had to sit on the bed. We are an older couple ( 81 and 73) and the room may be better suited to either a single person or a younger couple. The information from our host was excellent. Very clear how to find the house and how to gain entry. And we also got advice and recommendations of what to see and where to eat in the area. Very helpful. All in all we do recommend it but for someone younger and more suitable

The property appears to have started as a VRBO rental but was never fully equipped or finished for guests. The biggest issue during our stay was the lack of hot water. The water was not even lukewarm and not warm enough for a comfortable shower or bath.We contacted the owner and asked whether the water heater temperature could be adjusted, but were told that it was already at the highest setting. There had been no recent rain and there were not an unusual number of ships in port, so those common explanations did not appear to apply during our stay.If hot showers are important to you, be aware that this unit does not currently provide what most guests would consider hot water.

This is a great room in a great part of old San Juan. The host is very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Access instructions were clear and we had no issues. The room was clean, a/c works great, hot water in the shower, coffee is provided. You’re staying in the heart of old San Juan so yes it’s noisy outside, it’s a city that likes to party into the night. It does quiet down though, probably by the time you’re ready to go to sleep as well. Truly, this room is in a perfect location. You can walk all over old San Juan and to El Morrow fort. Lots of great bars and restaurants nearby. We would recommend this place to any couple and would gladly stay here again! Side note, if you need to store luggage before or after check in be sure to ask the host about the pharmacy right around the corner (name escapes me), 2 per bag, safe and nice people, plus a great spot to pick up any essentials if you forgot anything.

Space was clean and free of clutter, had everything and more than we needed. Quiet street, easy access to OSJ. Great for 3 days, you don’t spend much time in the room, all the fun is in town.
