One of the best finds in Torquay, our apartment ticks all the boxes! Relax with a touch of class & sophistication at our super comfy studio, with stunning ocean views. Only 2 minutes walk from the beach & town centre, you'll have everything needed for a mini break. It's the perfect couples retreat, romantic getaway or ideal for singles wanting to explore everything Torquay has to offer. Fantastic restaurants, shops, coffee shops & beaches are all at your finger tips. Enjoy peace, style & relax!
A self contained apartment, situated on the upper level of a residential home. The apartment has been purposefully built into the home by architects and set up perfectly for guests. The owners live on the property but you'll love the sense of privacy and beautiful space they have created. with its own private entrance and staircase, the bed is incredibly comfortable & welcoming!
The apartment has a feel of luxury, with lovely touches throughout, you'll feel tucked away and right at home in our beautiful space.
A split system provides heating and cooling, in addition there is also a wall panel heater and a ceiling fan.
The apartment is open plan and comprises of:
Living space.
King bed
Bathroom with shower
Kitchen area - with tea & coffee making facilities, toaster, kettle, Breville espresso machine, fridge freezer, sandwich press and microwave - PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO OVEN OR STOVE
THERE IS NO WASHING MACHINE OR DRYER
The TV comes with Netflix, Stan, Disney & Kayo
You will have access to the entire self contained apartment -however parking is free street parking, not on the driveway for the main house.
Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be realised 7 days after check-out.
- Strictly no loud music or noise any time of the day - please respect the owners
- No parties
