The first floor features an updated kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area, a convenient half bath, and a welcoming living room with comfortable seating and a smart TV. From here, step out to the private deck, where you’ll find a gas grill and outdoor dining furniture perfect for summer evenings.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a queen bed, smart TV, AC wall unit, and its own en suite bath.

A second full bath with a bathtub is located in the next level, along with the second bedroom, which comfortably sleeps four with two bunk beds (one with a double bottom). This room also has its own AC wall unit and private balcony.

Continue up to the rooftop deck, a guest favorite, where you can relax in privacy and soak up the Cape Cod sunshine.

The basement includes a washer and dryer for guest use. No AC in kitchen or living room (fans provided).

The Yachtsman Condominiums provide access to a private beach and pool. The property is located on Ocean Street, close to Hyannis Harbor for ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, and within walking distance to lively Main Street shops, dining, and entertainment.

Pool Hours: Open daily in July and August. Open weekends only in June. Closed after Labor Day. Please note: the pool may have reduced days/hours during the last two weeks of August due to staffing. "The decision regarding the pool’s closure is determined solely by the condominium association and is outside of our control."

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
