This Yachtsman Condo rental has 2 bedrooms & 2.5 baths & is located steps away from the courtyard & heated association pool. The 1st floor offers an updated kitchen which features a breakfast bar & dining area, half bath & living room with smart TV & comfortable seating. There is a lovely private deck with outdoor dining furniture & grill. The 2nd floor has the primary bedroom with a queen size bed, smart TV, AC wall unit & en suite full bath. There is another full bath on 2nd floor with bathtub. The 2nd bedroom which sleeps 4 has 2 bunk beds (1 bunk bed has a double bottom), AC wall unit & a private balcony. Relax on the private rooftop deck & soak in the summer sun! There is a washer & dryer located in the basement. Just a short stroll to the private beach only for Yachtsman owners & renters. This waterfront complex is a unique & spectacular Cape Cod location!

Pool Hours are seasonal. ONLY open on weekends in the month of June. Open daily July and August. Closed after Labor Day.

There are many local attractions including Hyannis Harbor, Hy-Line Cruises, Main Street Hyannis (Restaurants & Shops), Veterans Memorial Park/Beach, Kalmus Beach, JFK Museum.

State and local taxes of 14.45% apply. SATURDAY to SATURDAY RENTAL. $175 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee. $500 Refundable Security Deposit. NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING. Linens & towels included for a fee of $80.00 with laundry service. The Yachtsman Condominium Rentals are spacious, multi-level townhouses offering comfort, convenience & retreat. Your private beach home features decks, views & privacy, the perfect Cape Cod location. You will find both vacation rentals & owner-occupied units mixed throughout the property. In order to provide a quiet, relaxing atmosphere for your vacation pleasure, Condominium Rules and Regulations are strictly enforced.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
