We are a 5 minute walk from the public access for Dresser Lake, and in the summer, you can access neighborhood beaches, pools and parks! Just a short drive away from Mt. Airy Casino, Kalahari Waterpark and Camelback Ski Resort!

Gather around the kitchen counter on sleek bar stools for casual conversations or morning coffee.

[Master Bedroom] On the main floor, the master bedroom invites you into a serene forest-themed oasis. Adorned with forest imagery, plush velvet fabrics, wood accents and soothing green tones, this room offers a king-sized bed, a private fireplace, a TV, a workspace, and an en suite shower

[Bathroom 2] A full bathroom with a glass shower and contemporary fixtures.

[Bedroom 3] This bedroom features a stunning mountain-themed mural. Ideal for both adults and kids, the room boasts two spacious bunk beds, a big-screen TV equipped with a Nintendo Switch, a wide selection of games and gaming accessories for engaging and exciting game sessions. Or, you can relax with a book on the rocking chair and enjoy the magical ambiance created by the star projector.

** OUTDOOR**

Step outside onto the back deck. Take a dip in the hot tub or fire up the grill and griddle for a barbecue feast with friends and family. Lounge on the chaise longues for some sun-kissed relaxation. Descend the stairs to the lawn, where a cozy firepit beckons for storytelling and s'mores under the starlit sky, and a hammock offers a tranquil spot for afternoon naps.

Guest access
With the exception of the outdoor closet, 2 storage closets, and one owner's closet in the Kitchen, guests will have access to the entire home.
Other things to note
Please note that our home is in a gated community.

To check in, you must get a gate pass at the Welcome Center. This is to ensure the safety of you and those living in the community. The office will require an ID and car registration from the driver at check in.

We are required to submit an application on your behalf at least 72hrs prior to your date of check in. If this information is not received in time, the reservation could be canceled or you might be asked to pay a $75 expedited processing fee to the HOA. We would like to avoid this at any cost, so please send us the appropriate information in a timely manner. The information we need will be sent in the welcome message after your reservation is confirmed.

For enjoying community amenities like pools (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), beaches, mini-golf, and paddle boats (available from July 1st to Labor Day), you can buy passes on site for $13 per person per day.

The house overlooks Dresser Lake and, while Dresser Lake isn't designated for swimming, as a guest you'll have access to the community's swimming beach over at the adjacent Carobeth Lake.
