Welcome to Lakeside Oasis
Our Familyâs Special Place
This cabin isnât just a rental , itâs part of our family history. Built in 1983 by my husbandâs grandparents, itâs been the backdrop for decades of lake memories. In 2021, when his grandmother could no longer live here alone, we purchased and renovated the home, designing every detail with families in mind.
Our childrenâs favorite space is the Bear Bunk Room, perfect for sleepovers when friends or cousins visit. Throughout the home, youâll find little âfamily Easter eggsâ in the dĂ©cor, adding a personal touch to your stay.
Thereâs something magical about this place. The peace and stillness are addictive, the lake views are unforgettable, and mornings watching the sunrise over the water are pure joy. Weâd love for you to experience it, too.
Guest Information
Must be 25 years or older to rent
Maximum 9 guests (per association rules)
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM â 7:00 AM daily
Amenity Passes (Available for purchase at the Administration Office, Clubhouse, or Recreation Center)
Weekday Day Pass â $8 per person
Weekend/Holiday Day Pass â $10 per person
Non-Holiday Week Pass â $30 per person
Holiday Week Pass â $50 per person
(Weekly passes are valid for 7 consecutive days starting from the date of issue)
About Big Bass Lake
Nestled in Gouldsboro, PA, the Big Bass Lake Community features:
Three private lakes â Lake Natalie, Big Bass Lake, and Larsen Lake (no gas-powered boats)
Indoor & outdoor pools, sandy swimming beaches
Recreation centers with arcade, game room, and sauna
Clubhouse, tennis courts, and volleyball courts
Private sledding hills and ice skating in winter
Marina & boat rentals (electric motors or non-motorized only)
Easy access to hiking, biking, and cross-country ski trails in Gouldsboro State Park
Fishing for bass, pickerel, yellow perch, catfish, and sunfish
Nearby restaurants, shopping, golf courses, and Pocono Raceway
Guest Screening & Damage Protection
To protect our property, we use Know Your Guest for secure guest verification. Before your stay, youâll be asked to confirm your ID and booking details.
A non-refundable $35 damage waiver is also required, which covers accidental damage during your stay.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We purchased this property from my husband's grandmother in 2021. We spent most of the year updating and renovating it. It was super important to keep it in the family as his grandparents had purchased the land and had the home built for their family to enjoy.

The views of the sun rising over the horizon are some of the most beautiful. It is such a peaceful, quiet area.
