BelÀgen pÄ en sanddyn över stranden har detta konstnÀrligt utformade hus panoramautsikt som tar havet till dig. Det fullt utrustade köket öppnar sig i det rymliga "stora rummet" med boveda tak, linda runt fönster och öppen spis. Den angrÀnsande tÀckta dÀck Àr en perfekt plats för att lÀsa, cocktails, titta pÄ stranden nedan och bara hÀnga ut. Det Àr en idealisk plats för att titta pÄ havsörn och pelikaner som flyger förbi. Sovrummet pÄ entréplan har en queen size-sÀng och ett angrÀnsande bad / dusch. NedervÄningen Àr det "öppna" mitten sovrummet med tvÄ enkelsÀngar och en dörr direkt pÄ ett nedre dÀck intill det öppna sovrummet Àr sovrummet med en king size-sÀng och eget bad / dusch med havsutsikt. De tvÄ sovrummen nere öppnar sig mot en expansiv dÀck som leder till en privat vÀg till stranden. Strax nedanför huset Àr en palapa dÀr du kan spendera dagen pÄ stranden, skuggas frÄn solen och kyls av havsbrisen. Huset har ocksÄ ett garage med tvÄ bilar och ett takterrass som Àr idealiskt för att titta pÄ stjÀrnan. Det finns WiFi och en DVD-spelare i det stora rummet.

Our 4th stay - and we'll be back

We can't recommend this property enough - my spouse has stayed here 4 times and I've stayed here 3 times. It's a perfect location, a roomy, comfortable house with plenty of room and lovely amenities, and what feels like a private beach. Great communication with the owners, easy check-in -- we can't wait for our next visit!

March ‘25 trip

This is our 3rd stay at the Starship and as usual, it was perfect! My husband, two dogs and I spent 5 days there. The location is perfect, has direct access to the beach & the house is clean and well stocked. We love staying here and will definitely be back!

Family vacation at Rocky Point

It was our first time visiting Rocky Point and Michael's place was just perfect for us. We had easy access to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The waves are gentle and tide pools formed daily which made water play more fun for my toddler and dog. The property was as described and it was well equipped for making meals. The views from the house were as good as we had hoped for. There is a giant Walmart nearby that made last minute shopping easy. Would love to stay here again!

Relaxing get away

Celebrated Thanksgiving at the Starship. Proximity was close enough into town but felt much more relaxing without all the crowds. House was great with amazing views and patios galore.

Great place in Rocky Point

Starship was an excellent vacation stay. The property was very clean and well-equipped. The extras were very appreciated! Great views and patios as the house sits on the beach and you feel like you are right above the water. Thank you to the hosts for sharing your home!

Birthday Trip!

My husband and I (and our dogs) absolutely loved staying at the Starship. The property is perfect! The house had everything we needed, the views are amazing, it’s close to the beach and not far from town. We couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely be back!

Our dear friend Alan built the Starship Beach House in 1991 and infused it with a wonderful spirit, much like his own. The beach here is graced with gentle waves and is a great place for long walks and shelling, kayaking and swimming. It's a perfect spot to escape and relax at the beach.

This house has a beautiful beach setting, privacy, spectacular views, comfortable furnishings and is just ten minutes away from town (Puerto Penasco).

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The decks of this house are magical. If your timing is right you can sit on the roof deck and watch the sun set at one end of the beach and the full moon rise on the other, with the Sea of Cortez in front of you. Down below, sitting under the palapa is THE perfect place to watch the waves, read, sip a beverage and enjoy the ocean.
Please note: This is a perfect place to enjoy the beach but the Las Conchas HOA prohibits renters bringing and/or using ATV's in the Las Conchas community.
