Belägen på en sanddyn över stranden har detta konstnärligt utformade hus panoramautsikt som tar havet till dig. Det fullt utrustade köket öppnar sig i det rymliga "stora rummet" med boveda tak, linda runt fönster och öppen spis. Den angränsande täckta däck är en perfekt plats för att läsa, cocktails, titta på stranden nedan och bara hänga ut. Det är en idealisk plats för att titta på havsörn och pelikaner som flyger förbi. Sovrummet på entréplan har en queen size-säng och ett angränsande bad / dusch. Nedervåningen är det "öppna" mitten sovrummet med två enkelsängar och en dörr direkt på ett nedre däck intill det öppna sovrummet är sovrummet med en king size-säng och eget bad / dusch med havsutsikt. De två sovrummen nere öppnar sig mot en expansiv däck som leder till en privat väg till stranden. Strax nedanför huset är en palapa där du kan spendera dagen på stranden, skuggas från solen och kyls av havsbrisen. Huset har också ett garage med två bilar och ett takterrass som är idealiskt för att titta på stjärnan. Det finns WiFi och en DVD-spelare i det stora rummet.
Huset är tillgängligt för en minimun tre nätter vistelser.

Our 4th stay - and we'll be back

We can't recommend this property enough - my spouse has stayed here 4 times and I've stayed here 3 times. It's a perfect location, a roomy, comfortable house with plenty of room and lovely amenities, and what feels like a private beach. Great communication with the owners, easy check-in -- we can't wait for our next visit!

March ‘25 trip

This is our 3rd stay at the Starship and as usual, it was perfect! My husband, two dogs and I spent 5 days there. The location is perfect, has direct access to the beach & the house is clean and well stocked. We love staying here and will definitely be back!

Relaxing get away

Celebrated Thanksgiving at the Starship. Proximity was close enough into town but felt much more relaxing without all the crowds. House was great with amazing views and patios galore.

Great place in Rocky Point

Starship was an excellent vacation stay. The property was very clean and well-equipped. The extras were very appreciated! Great views and patios as the house sits on the beach and you feel like you are right above the water. Thank you to the hosts for sharing your home!

Beautiful home

Lovely home. Full kitchen cabinets. Much provided. Lots of stairs inside in 3 to 5 steps to kitchen, lower bedroom, upper bedroom and down to neach. So good knees recommended. Great service and answers from owner along with instructions. Great garage. Great balconies. of stairs in 3 to 5 stairs inside

We'll be back!

The property is just as described! Perched up on a dune with amazing views of the beach. There are a few different patios to choose from to enjoy the view. The beach is just steps away!! Kitchen was well equipped and had some extras that you may have forgotten to bring. The beds were comfy and the house in general was clean and ready for our arrival. Communication with the host was spot on and questions answered promptly. We really enjoyed our stay and will be booking at the Starahip again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great directions & house

The directions were great on how to clearly find the home once inside puerto Peñasco. The house was clean and had lots of supplies! The beds were comfy and our girls loved all the levels! The beach right outside was nice and warm and the hosts had water toys available. Thank you for a great first experience with VRBO!

Beach vacation

The house was better than described for us! We loved the views from the living area and the balconies were amazing! The kitchen was well stocked with about anything you would need. We did have an issue with an alarm but the owners responded very fast.would definitely stay again!

Best place

My wife and I have been Renting in Las Conchas and Cholla bay For two decades and this is the best and nicest property we have stayed at. and this one is right on the beach. The Palapa It is such a great place to hang out without having to lug everything right down onto the water and just steps from the water. The view from the master bedroom is the best I have seen! Will be back.

Birthday Trip!

My husband and I (and our dogs) absolutely loved staying at the Starship. The property is perfect! The house had everything we needed, the views are amazing, it’s close to the beach and not far from town. We couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely be back!

Great Home on the Water

We loved staying at the Starship House! We have come to Las Conchas for many years and have always noticed this unique looking home. The location is amazing. Awesome Home!

Starship is an absolute gem. The house was immaculate and as others have said, it was perhaps the most well stocked rental I have ever experienced. It is situated on a perfect stretch of beach with plenty of walkable and swimmable areas. The house has multiple decks/terraces where you can sit and enjoy the views. Michael was a phenomenal host. He was always quick to reply to messages and called to explain more information a few days before our trip. He was 100% transparent about everything. We definitely hope to return.

Great beachfront location in Las Conchas

Third time staying at the Starship and it never disappoints. My partner and I enjoyed a week-long stay with our two dogs. The house is well-appointed with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. Michael and Alison are responsive, accomodating and always pleasant to interact with. Highly recommend.

We stayed there for 4 days with some freinds. The house is a great location, very clean, the hosts provided all the basics and more. The communication was also great! I would recommend this housr to any small group who wants to enjoy the beach and the beautiful sunset!

Great communication from start to finish. Entry instructions were precise, many supplies were included, towels felt new, house was clean, all appliances etc. were in good condition. Beach is spectacular and we will go back to this property as often as possible. Thank you Michael & Alison!!

Great Beach House

Returning guest, and will again. Easy access, far enough out of town (4 miles) to be away from the noise, and close enough to town to run in when and if necessary. Great views morning, midday, and evening, and enjoyable from multiple levels of decks and patios, or from the sandy beach walking through the shallow, lapping waves; so peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed sleeping to the sound of the waves, waking to the low tide and rising sun, exploring up and down the beach in both directions, and also relaxing just watching the tide roll in, and out. Plenty of shelled creatures and birds coming in and out with the tides to get the full effect of the ocean and the life it sustains. Great and easy communication with the host. The home has a great layout for views and function, and plenty of doors for ease of access to and from the beach, and well placed outdoor shower and spigots for rinsing away sand and sea to resume relaxing on the patios. Enjoy!

Our dear friend Alan built the Starship Beach House in 1991 and infused it with a wonderful spirit, much like his own. The beach here is graced with gentle waves and is a great place for long walks and shelling, kayaking and swimming. It's a perfect spot to escape and relax at the beach.

This house has a beautiful beach setting, privacy, spectacular views, comfortable furnishings and is just ten minutes away from town (Puerto Penasco).

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The decks of this house are magical. If your timing is right you can sit on the roof deck and watch the sun set at one end of the beach and the full moon rise on the other, with the Sea of Cortez in front of you. Down below, sitting under the palapa is THE perfect place to watch the waves, read, sip a beverage and enjoy the ocean.
Please note: This is a perfect place to enjoy the beach but the Las Conchas HOA prohibits renters bringing and/or using ATV's in the Las Conchas community.
