Starship Beach House med panoramautsikt över havet på en ändlös strand

Belägen på en sanddyn över stranden har detta konstnärligt utformade hus panoramautsikt som tar havet till dig. Det fullt utrustade köket öppnar sig i det rymliga "stora rummet" med boveda tak, linda runt fönster och öppen spis. Den angränsande täckta däck är en perfekt plats för att läsa, cocktails, titta på stranden nedan och bara hänga ut. Det är en idealisk plats för att titta på havsörn och pelikaner som flyger förbi. Sovrummet på entréplan har en queen size-säng och ett angränsande bad / dusch. Nedervåningen är det "öppna" mitten sovrummet med två enkelsängar och en dörr direkt på ett nedre däck intill det öppna sovrummet är sovrummet med en king size-säng och eget bad / dusch med havsutsikt. De två sovrummen nere öppnar sig mot en expansiv däck som leder till en privat väg till stranden. Strax nedanför huset är en palapa där du kan spendera dagen på stranden, skuggas från solen och kyls av havsbrisen. Huset har också ett garage med två bilar och ett takterrass som är idealiskt för att titta på stjärnan. Det finns WiFi och en DVD-spelare i det stora rummet.
Huset är tillgängligt för en minimun tre nätter vistelser.

March ‘25 trip

This is our 3rd stay at the Starship and as usual, it was perfect! My husband, two dogs and I spent 5 days there. The location is perfect, has direct access to the beach & the house is clean and well stocked. We love staying here and will definitely be back!

Great place in Rocky Point

Starship was an excellent vacation stay. The property was very clean and well-equipped. The extras were very appreciated! Great views and patios as the house sits on the beach and you feel like you are right above the water. Thank you to the hosts for sharing your home!

Birthday Trip!

My husband and I (and our dogs) absolutely loved staying at the Starship. The property is perfect! The house had everything we needed, the views are amazing, it’s close to the beach and not far from town. We couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely be back!

Excellent beach house and great location

This was a perfect beach house for 2 adults and 4 children. The house design is great for ocean views and easy beach access. It is right on the beach, very clean and comfortable, and has every aminity you need. The property managers are very informative and responsive to your needs.

Great directions & house

The directions were great on how to clearly find the home once inside puerto Peñasco. The house was clean and had lots of supplies! The beds were comfy and our girls loved all the levels! The beach right outside was nice and warm and the hosts had water toys available. Thank you for a great first experience with VRBO!

Great Property

Prime beachfront location!

The house was perfect with breathtaking views of the sea of cortez from every deck. It's also one of the best stocked rentals I have been in. Alison and Michael have thought of everything- from the frozen beer mugs to the q tips in the bathroom! The dogs had a blast on the beach!

Beach Front

Had a great family vacation at the unique beach front property with excellent patios and sitting areas. The property had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and the multiple levels to enjoy at different times of day and night with spectacular views. Appreciated all the amenities that came with the home and being able to have piece of mind with the secure gates and 2 garage parking. Will definitely look to come back!

Great house and location

The house was comfortable and well-stocked. The hosts were always responsive to our requests. Everything was as-advertised...and more. Our dog really misses his early morning walks on the beach. Highly recommend the Starship! We'll have to come back when it's a bit cooler and can enjoy a fire on the top deck.

Lovely home. Full kitchen cabinets. Much provided. Lots of stairs inside in 3 to 5 steps to kitchen, lower bedroom, upper bedroom and down to neach. So good knees recommended. Great service and answers from owner along with instructions. Great garage. Great balconies. of stairs in 3 to 5 stairs inside

Starship dreaming

Great house, nice location in Las Conchas. Kitchen is well stocked with essentials. Only issue is the third bedroom, make sure you're aware of the relationship between the two lower sleeping areas (perfect for kids, requires some flexibility for three couples). Hosts are responsive. Highly recommended.

Our dear friend Alan built the Starship Beach House in 1991 and infused it with a wonderful spirit, much like his own. The beach here is graced with gentle waves and is a great place for long walks and shelling, kayaking and swimming. It's a perfect spot to escape and relax at the beach.

This house has a beautiful beach setting, privacy, spectacular views, comfortable furnishings and is just ten minutes away from town (Puerto Penasco).

The decks of this house are magical. If your timing is right you can sit on the roof deck and watch the sun set at one end of the beach and the full moon rise on the other, with the Sea of Cortez in front of you. Down below, sitting under the palapa is THE perfect place to watch the waves, read, sip a beverage and enjoy the ocean.
Please note: This is a perfect place to enjoy the beach but the Las Conchas HOA prohibits renters bringing and/or using ATV's in the Las Conchas community.
