The guest bedroom features a king bed with two nightstands and lamps, a smart TV, and a view of the front entry area. The guest bathroom is located just outside the guest bedroom and off the dining area and features a tub/shower combination.

The back patio features northwestern exposure, outdoor dining for four, and a natural gas Weber grill. The closest community pool and spa is less than 40 feet away from the back patio. You can easily walk to the pool; it's only 40 feet away! Desert Falls is a beautiful area for walking, swimming, playing tennis, or enjoying a round of golf!
