Comfy Cozy Villa for Family and Seniors close to Golf, Shopping and attractions.
The villa is relaxing and cosy with Wi-Fi and Smart TV. Pet free and smoke free home.
Two queen bedrooms with ensuites one ensuite has access to pool deck with chairs and loungers. Twin bedrooms share the family bathroom. Kitchen and laundry facilities with linens provided.
Parking on drive only for two cars, Garage is for storage only at this time.
There is No street parking on the side of the property or parking on the lawns -
Posner Park and Posner Village Shopping area is very close only a 5 minute drive from the property. You will conveniently find Ross dress for less, Dollar tree, Michael's, JCP Penney and many more as well as many eateries along the US 27 both North and South of Junction 55 on I4.
Magic Kingdom and Epcot are only 15 minutes along the I4. For the Golfers, you have many choices of courses within the proximity of 15 miles including Champions gate and Southern Dunes
Garbage Collection is Monday Morning, Bins with bagged garbage must be put in the bin to the side off the house on departure.
The neighbourhood is quiet, no parties or events to be held at the property.
Landline for USA with Free calls to Canada
Pool heat can be added for fee.
