Airport: Coolangatta Gold Coast Airport is a short 30 minutes drive, or an hour by public transport offering seamless connections to domestic and international destinations for guests flying into the area.
Public Transport: The new Gold Coast Light Rail Surfers Paradise stop is only meters of your Apartment! giving you cheap transport to the whole Gold Coast.
We kindly ask that you take a moment to familiarize yourself with our house rules, which are designed to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, and we thank you in advance!

If you require any additional items, feel free to pick them up at your convenience.

We kindly ask that you provide truthful responses to our pre-booking message at the time of booking. This helps us ensure that the space meets your needs perfectly. Please note that any misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Comply with all building regulations, including those related to pool and exercise facilities.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony. A $50 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking.
To maintain the tranquility of our home and respect our neighbors, we enforce a strict no-party policy. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a $200 charge.
Additionally, we appreciate your cooperation in minimizing noise levels AND respect quiet hours after 9 PM to ensure the comfort of all occupants. In the event of noise complaints, a security guard may be summoned at a cost of $250AUD for the first call. Subsequent calls will result in a $250 fee and eviction without refund.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon with the host. Late check-outs may incur additional charges. Guests more than 90 minutes late in checking out will be charged for an additional night's stay and may be evicted without refund.
Failure to return keys to NewsXpress within 30 minutes after check-out will result in a $50 fee. Lost or damaged keys and electronic FOBs will incur a $150 charge.
Please ensure the property is left clean and orderly upon departure to avoid any extra cleaning charges.
