Pelican Watch is a three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front vacation destination that offers beachfront living and unobstructed gulf views, in a nicely furnished and well-appointed and equipped condo. In addition to the beach, amenities include; assigned parking, a secure lobby and elevator with luggage carts to make your move-in a breeze, a relaxing heated pool and spa with bathroom cabana & showers. An exceptional location that puts you close to the hustle and bustle of Times Square, the new Margaritaville Resort, and all the shops and restaurants, should you be able to break yourself away from the relaxing serenity of your home away from home in this tropical paradise! This unit is located on the sixth floor above ground-level parking beneath the building, and entry is just opposite the elevator. Condo amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, private laundry and complimentary WiFi. This condo includes 6 beach chairs and beach toys located in the ground level storage unit.
Enter through the front door into a foyer/hallway. There is beautiful wood flooring throughout, with the exception of tile in the laundry and bathrooms. Step into the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen comes fully equipped, including a Keurig coffee maker, glasstop range and self-cleaning oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, side by side refrigerator/freezer with in-door ice and water dispensers, dishwasher and double stainless steel sink with disposal. There are plenty of cabinets and hard surface countertops with backsplash. Everything is available that you would need to cook daily multicourse dinners, or simply make a pot of coffee in the morning. Just bring the food! A peninsular bar separates the kitchen from the dining area. The dining table seats six. The living room is nicely furnished with a sofa and love seat, end tables with lamps, coffee table, leather recliner and flat screen TV. This property provides a foldable crib for those traveling with small children. Sliding glass doors lead to the furnished full length balcony overlooking the few short steps to the beach. At six floors up it affords awesome views of the beach, the gulf and palms swaying in the breeze.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with night stands and lamps, an overstuffed swivel rocker and triple dresser with flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in closet, granite-top vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, and a separate room with commode and walk-in shower. Sliding glass doors allow private access to the balcony. The first guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand with lamp, armoire with drawers and ample closet space. The second guest room has a queen-size bed, night stand, floor lamp, triple dresser with flat screen TV and ample closet space. The guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower, commode and granite-top vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath. Between the guest bedrooms is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
This property has a nightly minimum requirements, monthly stays are required from January through March and a 14 night minimum stays during our off season months.
