This unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den, full kitchen and your own private balcony that spans the width of the unit. Enjoy being just steps from the beach. Close to the Time Square area of the island and a short walk to shops, restaurants, and library. This unit features 2 king beds along with a sleeper sofa in the den. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well. Maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Come enjoy your new home away from home!

This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months with a minimum of 14 nights.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. Wi-Fi is through the association.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.
