Stairs - This property has stairs leading to the upper lounge and mezzanine area. All other areas of the home are on the ground level.

Atawhai Retreat is ideally located in the Atawhai Foothills, just an 8-minute drive or a 20-minute cycle along the cycleway to Nelson City. The beach is a 15-minute drive or a 30-minute cycle away. With no traffic to Nelson City, this peaceful retreat offers convenience and tranquility. A Four Square grocery store is only a 3-minute drive or a 19-minute walk, and playgrounds are just a 3-minute walk away. The cycleway to town and the beach is conveniently located at the bottom of the road, near the Four Square.
