Living Space
This home is offered partially furnished. The appliances and large furniture pieces pictured are included in the rental, but the staging accessories will not be present, leaving plenty of room for you to make this home your own.

Two clean-lined sofas are positioned near the large flat screen TV which is mounted over the gas fireplace.
A large wall of windows brings in an abundance of natural light and a view of the private, grassy front yard space.
The dining table is perfect for four - whether dining, chatting over coffee or playing games.
Wifi is provided and the televisions in the home are wifi-enabled for streaming options. If the tenant prefers to arrange for cable service, this will be the responsibility of the tenant.

Kitchen
New stainless steel appliances grace this refreshed kitchen. There is a large window over the sink that looks out into the trees.
Please note that this home does not have a dishwasher and as a partially-furnished long term rental, is not equipped with pots, pans and other cookware, kitchen linens or other kitchen gear.
A stacked washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen.

Bedrooms and Bathroom
Bedroom #1 has a low profile king bed and a TV.
Bedroom #2 has a low profile queen bed.
The bathroom is accessed from the hallway and it has a shower-over-tub combination.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet deposit and a signed pet addendum.

Covered carport parking for one vehicle and one more vehicle can park tandem in the driveway.

This is a partially furnished home. Long term rentals of 12+ months are offered at $5,200 per month, with a $5,200 deposit. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. A pet deposit and other fees may apply. Inquire directly to discuss terms and to arrange for a showing.
