Best VRBO we’ve experienced!

We stayed for a month and it was a wonderful experience. The house is conveniently located for golf, hiking, shopping and easy access to the major highway. The house was clean and very well stocked with essentials, and the beds were very comfortable. The backyard is beautiful and private. The swimming pool is definitely a highlight since it is big enough to swim lengths. The hosts were very accessible and extremely quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay here again, since it has been the best VRBO we have rented.

Love this house and location

This was our second year staying at this property. The house is wonderful…..spacious and well stocked. The owners are a delight to work with and the property manager responsive. The location also works well for us. Plenty of activities and shopping in the area and easy access to the 101. Look forward to a return next year.

Lovely!

We had a wonderful time here. The home is spacious, well stocked, and nicely laid out. And the location can’t be beat. Enjoyed having the Javelina Trail across the street. The owners were accessible and responsive to our questions. We look forward to staying again next year.

Fantastic vacation home

We have rented many places around the world and this is one of our favourites! The house, pool and location were perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything I needed and there were plenty of cleaning supplies. The property manager was great and quickly responded to questions, as were the owners. We have had a wonderful time here:)

One of the nicest, equipped rental we have had. Nice location too

Roomy, well stocked, clean, nice location, easy access to everything. The adjacent javelina trail was a big plus. Did have some problems with the spa heat. The property manager was receptive.

The home was lovely. Very spacious with lots of great amenities.

We had a great stay at this home. We did have an issue in the beginning of the stay with the pool. The owner worked with us to resolve this. We appreciated the great customer service. We would definitely come back again. Thanks Sandy for a wonderful Spring break!

Excellent "property" in a wonderful area

It's hard to use the term "property" as this is obviously a well cared for home which the owners have done everything to make you feel welcome. The detailed binder provided helpful usage instructions for the pool, whirlpool and outside grill along with local shopping and hiking trails. The closest trail being right across the street. The owners provided ample household supplies, were easily assessable and responsive to any query I had. The neighborhood is quiet and the back yard provides lots of sun along with a plethora of humming birds to enjoy. I would gladly stay again and highly recommend this home

Dreamy Scottsdale...

Our family was in need of an extended getaway. When we arrived and entered the home and saw the pillow “blessed”, we immediately knew we had found the perfect spot. A tranquil oasis and the warmth of Arizona’s unforgettable sunsets was the backdrop every day for our lovely stay. The house was fully stocked with all we needed and more. There wasn’t a day that we didn’t spend hours in the pool. The water feature was our calming sound buffer. We shared many good meals and laughs and even juiced for 8 days straight. Daily bird watching was a family affair. Humming birds, cardinals and the faithful grey owl that visited daily, early evening. The time spent here was invaluable and we will always cherish the memories of your Scottsdale stay. Thank you for opening the door to your comfy home and allowing it to bless our family.

Amazing pool & nice house

House is very nice. High ceilings, comfortable beds, roomy shower with a bench, and a very cozy media room. Media room TV is large and has a great sound. Small TV in the master bedroom is nice too. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The star of the home is the pool. I've never been in such a clean pool. No chlorine smell on clothes or hair, just refreshing clean water. It's the perfect size for swimming laps. The spa has powerful jets to massage muscles and even the lion head fountains in the pool offered a massage. Comfortable seating in the shade. All sorts of wildlife go by here, birds, lizards, in the back, javelinas in the front. All add to the feeling of a sanctuary. Good communication with owners. Thank you Sandy for prompt replies.

5 Star Home - Excellent stay - We would book again!

We stayed at this lovely home for a month and wish we could have stayed longer. We have a family of 5 and had more than adequate room inside and out. The home was very clean, had a nicely equipped kitchen for cooking meals in and a highly desired split floorplan with master bedroom on one side and other bedrooms on the other. The backyard was great for relaxing or entertaining with great pool/spa, large covered patio for shade, gas BBQ for grilling and very private - there is no neighbor directly behind the home. The owner is responsive and we had no problems with the home during our stay. The location is A+ very close to the paved walking trails (which we used every morning), walking distance to the McDowell Mountain Golf Course and renovated clubhouse (which we also walked to during the evenings). Area amenities like restaurants, shopping, nightlife, golf and entertainment are within minutes. We have used VRBO frequently over the years and this one of the top homes we have visited. We would certainly book again. This home would be perfect for a short term getaway or long term adventure.

Scottsdale Vacation 2022

We had a great time. Loved the location. It really had all that we needed from pool, hot tub and plenty of inside activities as well. The manager was very responsive. The hiking trails and access to the community pool was also convenient and used often. The mountain views were also very much enjoyed. We would certainly return and are grateful for our time spent. Our family would all agree.

Enjoyable stay

We (retired Canadian snowbirds joined for part of the time by our children and grandchildren) thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay. The home was as advertised - the pictures on the Vrbo site provide an accurate depiction of the home and its amenities. Very lovely swimming pool and backyard area. We never saw nor heard from the local property manager during our stay (we did not have any problems and also did not have a need to contact the local property manager during our stay). Excellent hosts - very responsive to emails. The cleaning service provided during unit turn over could be improved. Overall a very nice and relaxing stay.

Perfect!

This vacation home located in Scottsdale was perfect! The home is beautiful with ample room. It was clean and appointed with everything needed. Kitchen was stocked with good cooking gear. Pool and hot-tub were perfect. The hiking and trails were fun and the people on the trails were all friendly. A terrific golf course was across the road. Can't say enough good things about the property.

Loved the patio and pool area.

We spent the majority of our time on the patio! I enjoyed walking on the very convenient path system, even a few walks to Starbucks, for morning coffees. The pool warmed nicely and we throughly enjoyed swimming laps.

Great house and great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is so convenient to restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities. 10 minutes from McDowell trails and the Javelina trail just outside the door is great for walk without having to drive anywhere. We had two active teenage boys with us so the basketball and tennis court down the street were perfect. Also close by is the Scottsdale sports complex that has open soccer fields and basketball court. The pool and hot tub were used daily and a treat after a long hike. We would recommend staying here and hope to be back again.

Lovely

Our stay was wonderful, seamless from start to finish. We love this property and plan to return again next year! Maybe sooner! We had 5 adults and plenty of space for gathering and private time. The beds were very comfortable, the back yard gorgeous and the house was perfect, thank you.

Great Location and Property

Great location. Nice property - perfect for guys weekend of mountain biking and golf. Bike trails right out the door and golf course across the road. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all! I would rent this property again!

Lovely Girls Weekend

We rented this property for a girls weekend and it did not disappoint. Pool and spa was great, neighborhood was amazing (close to hikes and stores), house was clean. The only two issues we had was 1) most of the utensils, (forks, knives, etc) glasses and plates/bowls were dirty (not properly cleaned). We just put them through the dishwasher and they were then fine (Thank you for leaving us with detergent!). The other issue was the first bedroom to the left of the family room (as you walk in) was very noisy due to the AC units being right outside that bedroom window. Very hard to sleep in that room. Other than that, everything was amazing. Would for sure rent again. Thank you!

Home from home ...... with a great pool and sunshine !!

This is our 4th … or maybe 5th … successive stay at this property and we will be returning in 2020. The owners and managing agents are very helpful and efficient. The property is very well maintained, well situated in a quiet residential area and has an amazing pool !!! All the shops / restaurants and other facilities that one might need are nearby and my wife and I (having returned only yesterday) will be checking out flights for 2020 later today !!

There are so much to do in Scottsdale and our location is so convenient. Highway101 Loop is at the foot of the mountain ranch that can take us to everywhere......, yet quite upscale and private up on the beautiful McDowell Mountain Ranch! We have a very experience and reputable local property management company looking after our property at all times. We are active and feel fortune that we found this property!
