Clean, well-equipped, and cozy. Nothing bad to say about the cottage. Communication and check in process was a breeze. Town is very quiet, but cottage is a short drive to several nice spots.

We had such an amazing week at River Paradise! The house was super clean and spacious with amazing views of the river. It's located near all the attractions with a short drive but away from everything with tons of privacy. The house is stocked with anything you need. We enjoyed fishing off the floating dock and floating in the river. In the evening we would relax in the hot tub and cook out on the grill. Gary is an excellent host and very accommodating! We would love to come back during the fall to see all the beautiful colors. Perfect place for a family and super kid friendly. Book it, you won't be disappointed!

Cozy and super clean home with amazing backyard including spectacular views of the mountains. Sunsets were breathtaking! Eric has one of the most well stocked kitchens I've stayed in with everything organized and labeled for easy access. Will definitely stay again if we visit the area in the future.

The home and property were exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The host, Ian, was super attentive when asking if we could check in an hour early and answered any messages quickly. The kids loved the games there and the firepit for smores. This home was in a good quiet place and not too far from attractions. We loved it!

The property was just as described and perfect for a solo traveler - cozy and compact, while very comfortable and well appointed! The attached screened in porch really expands the feel of the cottage and was a delightful space to sit and relax. The cottage was very clean and bright with large windows for light, and quality window shades for privacy at night. I would love to stay again!

We had an absolutely amazing girlfriend’s getaway this weekend. It was the perfect retreat before the Christmas holiday. The Christmas decorations made it so festive and relaxing at the same time. The views were breathtaking. We may have to make this an annual getaway.

My wife and I wanted to get away for our anniversary. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend for couples looking to get a way. The property setting was amazingly beautiful.
