My teenage daughter and I had a great stay for several nights in this compact apartment in Oslo. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. I had the comfortable bed, and she was happy sleeping on the sofa bed. Check in was very easy. Excellent transportation options all around, and easy to walk to nearby restaurants or get around anywhere in Oslo. It's also affordable in comparison with other options in this very expensive city. When I return to Oslo, I will try to book this apartment again.

This was an absolutely amazing place to stay. The property was gorgeous, the views and access to the fjord were perfect. A very comfortable setup, everything from the bathroom to the bedrooms to the living area and kitchen were all top notch. The bus literally stops right outside the entrance to the property, super convenient. Hosts provided plenty of towels and other staples as well as water shoes for dips into the fjord. It had somewhat of a bed & breakfast feel in that the hosts were onsite and provided turn down service while we were out (which was somewhat unexpected, but still pleasant). If your top concern is privacy, this may not be the best spot for you. However, if you enjoy interacting with hosts (who are wonderfully polite and charming) this is the perfect spot for a visit to Oslo. Seriously, you can't truly understand how amazing the view is until you stay here.

It was lovely to come back to the boathouse everyday after exploring Oslo.The decking areas and river views are superb We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast with Truls. The property is very small but we made it work for our family of four. Best suited to two guests. Town access via the 83 bus was super easy and at the doorstep.
