Find lake rentals near Beaver Meadows Entrance Station

The cabin was just the right size for my wife, son, our golden retrievers and myself. We visit Colorado every year but don't usually stay in Estes due to the traffic and crowds. This cabin is near to downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of space to walk our dogs. We could get to all the entrances to the park without driving through the middle of town. It's also close to some great restaurants and Dicks Rock Museum! The cabin is not luxurious, but it's clean and cozy. We plan on visiting again.

The Hoods were wonderful hosts - friendly, responsive, and reasonable. The cabin was spacious for the three of us, the bathroom was lovely, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The outside patio was also lovely, with beautiful flowers, views of the mountains, and birds flying about constantly.The best aspect of the cabin, though, was the location - just a short walk to the lake or to the Estes Park Visitor Center, from where you can easily walk into town. We were also within 10-20 min drive to multiple entrances and trailheads for Rocky Mountain National Park.We loved our stay and would happily visit again!

This property is conveniently located to downtown Estes, but beyond the location, the property host was easy to communicate with! The home was crystal clean, stocked with the necessary items to roll in and feel prepared. We enjoyed watching the elk cruise by, we had twin elk fawns resting in our backyard one afternoon. We enjoyed mean games of Uno on the porch with the mountain background! Within walking distance, Claire’s was delicious, Danish icecream had the best cones, peaceful morning walks spotting hummingbirds along the river before the town opened were highlights to this trip!

Nice size, relaxing river sounds, comfy beds. I highly recommend this property for large family. Our only concern was the gas stove. The knobs are at hip level and were accidentally engaged by adults more than once. We knew when we smelled gas that they had been somehow turned on.

The cabin was well appointed, and Linda was easy to communicate with, very responsive. We loved retreating to the cabin after a day of hiking in the park! Very close to all the Estes attractions, but feels fairly secluded. Highly recommend for couples and small families! We will be returning!

Description of property is accurate. Was perfect for family reunion vacation of 15 ranging from 6 months to 67. Great supply of kitchen utensils, games, toys, playground, and heated pool all made the stay memorable. Located just a couple of miles from RMNP and even closer to Estes Park makes it a great location. Bob and Carol are on site to address your needs immediately, yet are not intrusive at all. They helped make the stay enjoyable and a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The home itself is a custom-designed treasure, and the views are breathtaking. The location is fantastic as well, with quick access to the RMNP and Roosevelt National Forest. The owner was extremely gracious and accommodating as well. We will be back!

This property is located at the end of a residential street in Estes Park, but we were surprised and pleased with the level of privacy and isolation. From every window, there is a lovely vista of trees, foothills, and boulders, but the only house you can see from the cabin is the other small vacation rental house on the same plot—and the entrances are oriented to ensure privacy. Basic accommodations for two travelers, plus fun extras like a hot tub, fire pit, and TV/DVD player. If you like camping but prefer the amenities and comfort of a hotel room, you’ll LOVE this little place. Note: Bring your own coffee; a coffeemaker and filters are provided.
