We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house, a few minutes walk to the Font de Sa Cala. Sylvia was a responsive, friendly host, brimming with trustworthy suggestions for restaurants and excursions. The house is very modern, tastefully designed, with views of the sea; it sits on a quiet street, close to lovely beach and market, and only a short drive or bike ride to Cala Ratjada. I only wish we had stayed a full week!

During high season there will be more life in the streets, but we enjoyed it in May. Nice pool, perfect grill, tennis court and rockets for free to use. Really nice place to stay. Cliff, shop restaurant and beach is close enough to enjoy. Owner is super kind guy. Thank you for a nice stay.

Lovely villa set in Arta, spotlessly clean house , fully equipped and guests have the option of securing an underground car parking space from the owner which we would highly advise to do as parking in Arta is very limited. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

We had an amazing, week-long stay at this villa and highly recommend it! The house (both interior and exterior) and the views were incredible and communication with both the hosts and the property manager was seamless. We hope to visit again soon!

The finca is in a great location and we enjoyed walking into town several times! Everything about the house was as described and Jan was very responsive with any issues we had. I would absolutely recommend this property to my friends or family, and would happily stay here again!

The property is well maintained, conveniently located close to Capdepera and offers everything a family & friends getaway needs. Landlord and support stuff are always responsive and supportive.
