Well maintained and furnished property. Was the perfect cozy place for me and my partners’ one night stay.

My husband and I stayed at this property for four months while we participated in research collaborations with colleagues at UCR and UCI. We also had our dog with us. We enjoyed the amenities (the highlights for us included the well-maintained pool and hot tub, and the fully equipped kitchen since we cook a lot!). It's worth mentioning that we found the house spotless when we checked in! The location just a few-minute drive from the highway was convenient for me to get to Riverside and for my husband to get to Irvine in a reasonable amount of time. The proximity of the Trader Joe's and Costco was invaluable. Communication with Mike and Celine was always fast, and they got on solving any issues that came up (e.g. setting up a way to adjust the heat on the outdoor fire pit, or providing any missing kitchen tools) right away. Overall, the house provided excellent value given the size, location, and quality of the amenities. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO during spring break! The location is perfect—just a short drive to Disneyland, which made getting to the parks super easy. The house was spotless and well-kept, with plenty of space to relax after long days. The kids had a blast with all the fun amenities, and the pool was absolutely phenomenal—definitely a highlight of our trip. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was a wonderful and relaxing stay. Our family came down to go to Disneyland and we were so happy to have found The Retreat at Goose Hollow. We booked a stay for a little over 6 months for 2 adults. It was immediately apparent why this is a "Premier Host" property. Due to the length of our stay, we had a couple questions before booking. Property owner, Alan, was accessible and responded quickly with detailed answers. The process was smooth from booking to check-in. Upon arrival, there was a very nice welcome gift and Intro information to help us settle in quickly. The home is thoughtfully planned, very clean, fully equipped (with extras) and well-organized. Much thought has gone into making guests feel comfortable and at home. We're about 4 months into our stay and I'd like to say, this home has everything we need. It is very cozy and the area is pretty quiet. Also, if any question arose, we were able to answer on our own without needing to reach out. They've made it so everything is relatively turnkey for guests. The attention to detail is evident. When it came time to decide if we wanted to continue on (in our case, we secured 6 months as 2 consecutive stays), it was an easy decision. This is a wonderful home that delivers perfectly what we need at this time. We are enjoying our stay here.
