Great stay (to end our summer holidays). This property is excellent- clean, comfortable, well equipped and in a great location. Hosts were really welcoming and friendly Great spot to explore this beautiful part of Devon. Highly recommend

Property is excellent in all regards. The check in process was very straightforward and communicated in advance of my arrival. It was really nice that a small welcoming treat was provided (chocolate! Can’t resist)There was also milk and teabags provided. Layout and decoration of the flat was excellent and a comprehensive range utensils and glasses/ crockery provided. An easy 10 minute walk to the promenade with a good range of restaurants and bars. Very pleased with my stay and would recommend

Wasnt any parking ....Stairs are very steep with uneven carpet .Very small outside .street wasnt the nicest place to stay need a more comfy sofa and bigger tv ... overall its ok but wouldnt stay there again .

Great comms and lovely welcome from Luba and Chris for our two night stay. Easy to find and parking right next to the front door. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very peaceful with two spacious doubles, both with their own TV and modern en-suite facilities. Comfortable lounge with wood burner, TV and jigsaw ready to go - all with lovely views over to Hardy's Monument. Ideal location for visiting the local area by car - we went to Weymouth (Catch! restaurant was fab), Dorchester, Poundbury, Max Gate (National Trust) and Athelhampton House - will definitely be back as lots more to see. A great value mini-break, thank you!

Sweet little beach hut, well equipped but more info needed on the cooking unit re the hobs, we had to get help from the managing agents. Also we never managed to get the oven to work and there was no manual to help, so we relied on the hobs and the microwave. The bunk beds were very comfortable.We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful weather.

Tucked away on a quiet side street just a minute’s walk from the main promenade, this maisonette is perfectly located for exploring the local area — close to shops, cafés, and coastal walks, yet peaceful and private.The property is beautifully laid out and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need — from fluffy towels to incredibly comfortable beds and pillows, a well-equipped kitchen, and even those little touches that make you feel instantly at home.Our hosts were equally fantastic, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests.It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into creating a welcoming space here. This property is truly stunning! For a friends lazy getaway it was absolutely perfect.Perfect amount of space for us all (9 people)The scenery was jaw dropping and the pool and hotub were cherries on the cake! We arrived to a tray of rocky roads to our delight! We will definitely be visiting again!

Thank you Jane for a wonderful welcome and superb accommodation. We can't fault it in any way. Extremely clean and comfortable. Very peaceful location and perfect for exploring both countryside and coast, walking and off road cycling. Great sightseeing never too far away. The regular visits of a local pheasant parading its colours across the patio was a bonus:) We highly recommend the Sailors Return for its local atmosphere, excellent menu and quality food/cooking. The Old Dairy and it's location was the perfect choice for celebrating a special milestone and we would happily return in the future.
