Anna Maria Island beach rentals

My girlfriends and I are grateful to Joe for offering his beautiful home to rent and enjoy. Joe communicated with us throughout the catastrophic hurricanes and took every measure to accommodate our needs. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Joe's home is spectacular and had been updated and refurnished. His home was appointed with everything we needed for our comfort, entertainment, relaxation, and enjoyment. The rent is a great value considering such spectacular, unobstructed views and selfishly enjoying them without neighbors or being among a multi-unit property.Every day we were greeted with the most colorful and glorious sunrises, meandering manatees, rambunctious rays, salty sea birds, and delightful dolphins frolicking mere feet from us. Our cheeks were gently kissed by a fresh ocean breeze and we were mesmerized by the waves lapping outside our door with water colored every shade of blue and green which nourished our souls. Joe was an attentive host and responded quickly to our questions and needs leading up to and during our stay.The houses on either side were impacted by the devastating hurricanes and at various stages of disrepair. We felt it gave us a greater deal of privacy to enjoy the majestic views from the deck and ground level lounge chairs.Joe, we LOVED your place. Thank you for everything! We had the most wonderful vacation at Martinque #603. The condo was immaculate and very beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed, kitchen was well equipped. We felt safe with doors outside locked. The view and sunsets were breathtaking! Right on the beach! Usually when we visit AMI, we go to to other beaches. This time we stayed right on beach in front of condo. After being on beach we would enjoy the beautiful pool.The storage was full of everything you would need, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, & floaties.The places we went to eat were the Feast, Tide Table, La Creperie.And last Marie Claire was so easy to communicate with and very personable. She was a great host..

Great location my wife and I loved our stay. Will definitely come back. Everything thing you need is there to use. Burgers on the grill, sunsets every night, restaurants and shops you can walk to

Condo was beautiful and the location was great. Pool water was heated and nice and warm. Beautiful sunsets too. Great space for just 2 people. Anna Maria Island has lots of restaurants and beaches but remains quiet and friendly. Enjoyed it immensely.

We are fortunate to visit AMI a couple times of year and we enjoyed our stay here more than anywhere else! The proximity to the beach was ideal. The quiet street and neighborhood were perfect with our dog. It was so much safer and easier than the busier sections off of Gulf. The property manager was super responsive to our request and made our stay that much nicer The unit had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable for the 4 of us. The views from the balcony were simply amazing. I would absolutely book here again and recommend it to anyone looking to visit the island!.

The property was really great and the host superb. We were staying there the week of Hurricane Helene, and unfortunately were required to evacuate after just a few days into our stay. The host was so amazingly gracious and helpful! She gave us regular updates as to the status of the hurricane, and when the emergency order came to evacuate, she notified us to make sure we were aware. She graciously gave us a 100% refund due to the extenuating circumstances. I'm sad to think that the place we stayed at probably got battered pretty badly during the storm surge of the hurricane. I hope they are able to rebuild and continue to offer this great Vrbo.

Great location and nice place to stay. The beach is across the street and not crowded. We had a wonderful time! The place was so cute and had everything we needed. Only complaint was the mattress was hard. We tend to like a softer mattress. Everything else was great!

Seeing God’s glory displayed from two different balconies without even leaving the house was great! Although we did walk those FEW steps down to the water also. Hearing the water lap the shore at bedtime and walking the beach by the light of the full moon was awesome.
