    "We stayed at the Terraces back in November and it was perfect! Rob was extremely helpful and patiently answering all of our questions. It was our first time to Barbados and he made it very easy to plan. We travelled with 5 adults/1 child and the condo was a perfect fit for us. Everything in the unit is exactly as seen and described. You will not be disappointed! The condo does not have a pool, however other than that, it was where you wanted to be. Steps away from the beach, restaurants, casinos and grocery store and minutes from the airport. If you need a taxi they are just around the corner. Keep in mind there are two bars directly across the street, but we loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the Jazz music coming from the bars and people watching! I would highly recommend this beautiful, safe and modern property to anyone! Just book it!"

  • A week in paradise

    "I travelled to Barbados for the first time with 2 friends to celebrate my 30th birthday. I have had such a great time at the apartment. It felt very private, especially with the beach behind the apartment. We had breakfast at the balcony to the sound and view of the beautiful Carribean sea. Clean and well equipped. Great location! Would definitely recommend it to anyone."

  • In the heart of town, yet quiet....

    "This was our 3rd time to Barbados. The first time we stayed in St Lawrence Gap, so was looking forward to the return. We stayed in this condo complex the first time, but was right on the street and was loud - this condo sits back from the Main Street, so is much quieter. After contacting Alain, we paid for the condo via direct bank account transfer. They don't offer a PayPal option through their account due to the high fees. After initial payment, we worked through Rex Realty - local company that manages the property. They set up a taxi from the airport and met us at the condo to go over the details. The condo was clean, perfectly functional, and very close to Dover Beach, which is a great beach to hang out for the day. You have a convenience mart right next door which is well-stocked. The condo itself is not very well stocked, however. We had to buy our own dish soap and papertowels/napkins, coffee filters, salt & pepper - these few items you expect to find in the kitchen. So if you're thinking about cooking in at all, you will have to buy everything you need. All in all, had a wonderful stay and would return to the property."

  • Seagrass is a perfect home from home.

    "The location is brilliant; just a short walk to the beautiful Dover Beach, and close enough to the bars and clubs in St Lawrence Gap to be convenient, but far enough to be away from the noise and bustle. The house has everything you could possibly need, and is extremely comfortable. For 6 adults, it was a real plus to have 3 bathrooms. The convenience store on the corner of the road is useful, along with the atm just around the corner. We also made use of the car hire firm and trip booking office which are within a couple of minutes walk. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to others, and would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose."
