  • Pleasant stay!

"Nice space for a family of four and central enough to see all of San Juan and points east. Really pleasant!"

  • Awesome Place

"My family, husband, 13 yr old, 2 yr old and my mother stayed at apt 5402 and we were completely satisfied and amazed on how great this property is. I only wish we would have spent more time on location. My husband's family is from PR so we were out doing lots of stuff with family but we are planning our next trip already and definitely plan on staying here again and just enjoy the facility more. The place was just as described on the internet and so much more. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to PR. Carmen was also awesome, always available by text or just a phone call away."

  • Quiet, comfortable, and well-maintained

"This spacious condo was well stocked with beach chairs, pool floaties, tennis rackets & balls, mini golf clubs & balls, beach toys for kids, sporting balls (volleyball, basketball football), a mini cooler, washer and dryer, towels, grill, wifi, and plenty of kitchen supplies. The beds were comfortable and the décor was very nice. Grounds keepers worked hard every day to keep Aquatika well-maintained. The resort was busy on the weekend, in contrast to the much more quiet weekdays. It appeared that it was a favorite weekend retreat for Puerto Rican residents. We greatly appreciated the extra special attention given to us by the condo manager, Juan Carlos. He picked us up at the airport, brought us to get groceries, and helped us navigate our way to the condo unit. He is very conversational, informative, and was available when we had a question. Laura, the condo owner, responded to our questions in a timely manner as well. Don't forget to tip JC and the cleaning staff for their services! The people of Loiza are very friendly. Don't forget to stop at the local food stands, bakery, or markets to help support the community. Most people speak both Spanish and English. However, it is greatly appreciated if you try to speak their native language with them. We loved the geographic location on the island, as it was within a 30-45 min drive to Bio Bay, El Yunque, snorkeling, Old San Juan, Bacardi Rum factory, museums, and the University of San Juan - Rio Piedras campus. Our son is a current student at UPR, so it was nice to have a vacation experience blended with time to reconnect. Driving was no different than most larger cities in the United States - lots of traffic during peak times, tolls (rental cars have EZ-Pass on their plates for a daily fee that is built-in to the price), street signs (they are in Spanish, but very easy to understand), etc. The more rural towns have very narrow roads with lots of potholes and limited room for cars to navigate well. There is minimal shoulder room on the sides of the roads, so watch out for pedestrians, as well as athletes and locals who ride bicycles. We plan on coming back with our extended families, and hope to rent both condos. We felt the close proximity to each other, yet separate spaces would be ideal for larger families who want a shared experience yet private space. We also felt the condo unit was a very affordable option for all that it offers."
