  • Return to paradise!

"Our family of 8 plus a 9 month old, stayed here for 1 glorious week. Pictures are exactly as we found the property. Lots of room inside and even more around the pool. Everyone could gather poolside comfortably, whether you wanted sun or shade. Hammock got good use, however the porch swing no longer exists. The area is secluded with almost no boats or people. Pure relaxation. We did run the air at night in the bedrooms to help with high humidity,. The extra charge at the end of the week was $70. The main house remained cool without airconditioners running. We cooked breakfasts and a couple dinners, and the kitchen is well equipped for large meal prep. Also multiple tables to surround for meals, inside and out. The detached bedroom suite was perfect for the couple with the 9 month old. (Bring your baby monitor) because it was quiet and away from noise in the house or around the pool. You will need to rent a car, or in our case, a van. They drive on the left and our van actually had the driver seated on the right. The road to the house is very rough, and requires a slower pace, but you soon adjust to just taking it easy. Graceway market is an easy drive for supplies. It's more expensive than the states, but well stocked with everything you need. One draw back I think is that the water in the house is not drinkable, so you must buy gallons and gallons of water for everything from making coffee & ice tea to making baby bottles. I think the owners would/could help this situation by buying a water dispenser and large water bottles. We had a dozen gallon jugs, full and empty laying around most of the time. The owner has beach chairs, umbrellas and a few other beach items for guests use, which was nice. We did have to buy a small cooler for the beach days. TV provided all the channels we are used to, but picture quality not so hot. We only watched tv to see a couple NCAA games. We did go to the Thursday night festival at the national park. Lots of food, vendors and music. Worth the trip. This was our 3rd trip to Turks and Caicos and 3rd house we've rented. We love being away from the big resorts and tons of people. This is cheaper in the long run and so much more enjoyable. This house and its location made it a winner for our family. Activities are easy to arrange if you want to do them, but the house is a great way to spread out, relax, cook and enjoy the peaceful view outside every door and window. The pictures don't lie. This is a beautiful property!!!!"

  • Great property and convenient location

"Great property with 4 bedrooms available in two separate apartments in one house. Each room had it's own bathroom. Not far from the airport and along the way, you can stop at a supermarket to stock up on supplies. Pool is great and convenient along with a gas grill. Beach is a bit of a walk through a unpaved path but once you get there, you will see a secluded area with clear blue water. We took beach chairs and umbrellas that was available in the pool area. We had a great time as the weather was nice and sunny for a few hours. Grace Bay is not too far away by car. We went there for two days and enjoyed the shops and restaurants. Marsha was very hospitable and we also met Charlie and Leia! Strongly recommend to anybody visiting Provo in Turks and Caicos!"

  • Secluded & Relaxed Family Vacation

"A one week rental with the family -- 6 adults and 2 little ones. A great location on a very secluded, pristine beach. Great if one is looking for down time. Home very well furnished and maintained. Property manager most helpful. Coordinating getting to North Caicos from Provo requires thought. Be careful to coordinate airline arrivals and departures with the ferry schedule. Great time. Great bone fishing."

  • Truly is a Charming House

"We just returned from a wonderful week in Charming House. This was our third time renting the house, and we were so happy to back. The house is breezy and spacious, with three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living/dining room, two full bathrooms and a study. The covered porch on the west-facing second floor is really another room, with comfortable chairs, ceiling fans and gorgeous views. Salt Cay is a magical island! It is peaceful and has the most beautiful beach we have ever seen. Groceries are limited, so we bring a fair amount of food along with us. You can buy fresh fish and conch down at the harbor. The kitchen has everything you will need for cooking just about any meal. The house is situated in the south district and the Atlantic side of the island is a few minutes' walk out the back door. Charles is very easy to work with and is responsive to any questions. The house manager Debbie is wonderful and always makes us feel very well looked after. We rent a golf cart from Debbie. There are also two new bikes available at the house. We will definitely stay here again and already are missing this terrific house."
