Newark oceanfront rentals

Comfortable and clean, convenient location from Santa Clara university, San Jose and central from other destinations. Just noting that the wifi is very slow so work meetings were glitchy and connection hit or miss. Otherwise great communication from contacts via messaging and also written information inside. Would recommend for families to stay here if you’d like more a homey setting vs a hotel.

We stayed at this house with three adults and two children. There was plenty of room and beds for everyone, the house was clean and the community was very nice. There’s a large shopping center with restaurants and a grocery store within a two minute drive from the house. There is also a community pool that was easy to access. Garage parking is included with the rental which was great. Communication with the owner was very easy also. If we come back to the area, I would definitely book this house again.

Overall impression it was nice! Great breakfast! The best thing they got going for them. Enjoyed the different options of food available. Pool is small but nice for a cool down. Walking distance to the mall and other things to do. We had a toddler with us and this place was perfect for us
