  • Open floor plan allowed everyone to be together and enjoy the Holidays. The view is great.

"Great place for a family gathering. Open floor plan, kid friendly, and a great view. Be sure to bait the crap traps with leftovers because the crabs were a great education for the children and a tasty treat for the adults. The guesthouse is perfect for those without children or to just "have some quiet time". We will be back."

  • Great Vacation

"Everything was terrific. We were met at the boat by Bryan, who made sure we were familiar with some specifics of living aboard. There was supplies for light breakfasts such as oatmeal, fruit and yogurt. The boat was spotless and very comfortable. He checked during the week to make sure things were by going well. It was the off-season, so the dock was very quiet. The nearby restaurant, Shux on the Pier, was reasonsably priced and the shrimp and grits are delicious. I have already recommended this to someone."

  • Hated to leave

"The location is convenient to everything. Vacation seems even more special when you can leave the car parked and walk to the grocery store. After visiting the municipal children's park, the many shops and eateries in Fairhope, the surrounding neighborhoods, the pier and bayside beach, I returned to the Loft to rest on the balcony. It is a great vantage point to watch others walk and bike on the street below. Watching the patrons of the yoga place across the street was also entertaining. I may have to try it next time. I wish I could have stayed much longer."

  • A Welcome Retreat

"This was a much needed retreat for my mother and daughter and me. Serenity Cottage was clean and artistically decorated. Our small dog loved the quaint yard that was landscaped in tiers. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and the beds were oh so comfortable. We especially loved the outdoor shower. The location to downtown shopping and restaurants was easy. A bowl of fruit, cheese crackers and wine from our host welcomed us when we arrived. Rob's hospitality was much appreciated. We loved Fairhope!"
